- Hello everyone👋! Today I have prepared for you this delicious and quick pasta recipe that you can try at home without any special cooking skills!
It's easy and great for a family dinner!

Ingredients for 4 persons)
2 tbsp olive oil.
Salt.
1 onion.
2 carrots.
1 pepper.
1 stick of celery.
1 clove of garlic.
300 grams of pasta.
500 grams of minced meat.
250 ml canned tomatoes.
1 tbsp oregano.
1 tbsp pepper.
2 spoons of pasta water.

When you're in a hurray you can throw th raw pasta in the sauce, the pasta absorbs the meat flavour and its delicious. Remove from the heat while pasta is still firm.

Meriti uno zero - - -. Come puoi da italiano approvare questo modo di cucinare? Nemmeno un chilo di parmigiano reggiano invecchiato 50 mesi può rendere mangiabile questa ricetta. Se vuoi vedere come si cucina su RUclips ci sono decine di canali italiani che ti propongono una vera cucina. Soprattutto di pasta ci sono migliaia di ricette tradizionali e rivisitate che possono soddisfare i tuoi gusti. Non farmi vergognare di un connazionale che non sa mangiare bene.

Il ragout di carne ( che qui in Italia si prepara senza peperone e bagnando la carne in cottura con un bicchiere di vino ) deve cuocere a lungo, fino a 3 ore. Se lo cuoci almeno un' ora il tuo piatto sarà ancora più buono😀

Ja, das ist eine gute Frage! Das Garprozess in sprudelndem Wasser verkürzt die Kochzeit erheblich, was besonders praktisch ist, wenn man es eilig hat oder wenig Zeit zur Verfügung hat. Die höhere Temperatur und die schnelle Zubereitung können auch dazu beitragen, dass die Nudeln eine angenehmere Konsistenz behalten. Natürlich kann man die Nudeln auch bei niedrigerer Hitze und längerer Garzeit zubereiten, um eine andere Textur zu erzielen. Es hängt alles von den persönlichen Vorlieben und dem verfügbaren Zeitrahmen ab. Voilà!
