Two big dump in one day! That must have felt good! And the wood sales are awesome too, it looks like your firewood business is a boomin', I am happy for ya! WOOOOOOW!
Yeah man now I am heading to Texas for 2 weeks I got one load cut up ready to split can’t wait the 22nd can’t come fast enough. Take care Chris I may need a tractor soon lol.🍺🍺🤘🏻🤘🏻
That’s one hell of a deal for $80. I think if you add a couple of 2”x12” sides to the top of your trailer it’ll eliminate any dumping issues and seeing that you have access to a sawmill it shouldn’t cost you much.
Some nice sticks right there once you book that up it'll be some really really gravy splitting man you can't get much better than that that's awesome it's nice to see quality like that and it's nice to see that you're taking pride in the quality of it as well I'm happy to have found this channel I'm a logger timber cutter myself so I cut trees all day long and it's nice to unwind and you know I still can't get away from the noise so I watch RUclips videos and I watch firewood videos because if I'm not cutting timber I'm cutting firewood or building furniture so anything to do with wood but it's nice to see people taking interest in firewood you know because firewood is not just it's not a game to some people it's a way of life to some people it's a living so it's nice to see a lot of people interested in it and it's nice to see people do it the right way and not necessarily saying that there is one certain right way to do it it all depends on where you are but it's nice to see the respect that's put into the work and the respect for the work that that is done because it's not easy work I remember when I was a kid when I first started selling firewood it was all by hand hundreds and hundreds of face chords over the years split by hand before I could ever think about getting a splitter then a family member gave me a splitter that somebody built for them that they got with when they got their house then I bought my own splitter but it took a long time to get to that level even though I was you know. The other thing I wanted to mention was if we sit down for a minute and think about it no matter where you go in this world there's always a need for firewood no matter where ever you go anywhere and then if you take the ways that it's processed throughout the world it's very very humbling to think about how we do it how other people do it even when we're comparing ourselves to other operations around us
I knew it was going to get stuck, I would try to let the pressure off by putting the trailer back down. You might get it this way or do a little more cutting on that one log, Don. I guess that work too. Be Safe in the back yard wood yard. Very Nice Load of Ash. 🙂
Nicely done, just a hint from an old trucker, for safety sake put 2 straps or more on the load, if one breaks, and they can, you have a safety factor built in, rule of thumb with tying down lumber, one strap for every 4 ft, that is a D O T law. Like your trailer, not rusted like most of the ones we see on You Tube. Looks like sales are good with the firewood stand. That looks like Scheib’s Premium Firewood. Stay safe my friend
Nice looking loads of ash bud. Congrats on 5 cord sold out of your stand this year. That's really great. It's been hot and humid in PA as you know. I give you credit for working in the heat. But hell I believe you are in Texas now so who knows what kind of weather you are dealing with. Safe travels.
That's alot of wood for $50 a load good score. I have a place to get pieces of hard wood but it's stuff they cutt off the ends of of logs it could b 8" up to 36" or so sometime they just get hollow logs I get them also. I have a 5x8 trailer and it cost me $10 a load can't beat that.
Nice score on the wood, did not have to go into the woods to cut it. I was watching Stan the Dirt Monkey and he was saying he heard a noise and walked over to the noise to see his dump trailer going up by it self with no one near it and he also said he see other one do the same on the freeways just going down the road, keep the front safety chain on it Take care
I put 2 x 12 side boards on my dump trailer so I wouldn't bang the doors as the logs slid out. But then I just got greedier and stacked the loads even higher. Tore a door completely off once when a large log rolled over the side while dumping. Someday I'll learn!
You get paid to work out! Beats going nowhere on a treadmill! And it's awesome ripping into wood with a sharp saw. I got the 064av stihl for the big stuff. She's a heavy pig.
I prefer this ash load over an oak load. Ready to burn. Oak is a nicer wood though. It's the waiting time that sucks after splitting. I have just a small time operation though. All the best man!! Love the content 👌
Was just wondering what the moisture content is right off the trailer. I ve had a few ash that have lost the bark like that. They were a bit more wet than the fresh stuff. Dried fine just took a bit longer. Good luck mine was not ready to burn ash lol.
So thinking about buying a rugged made 28 ton. I have a 22 ton county line now not much it hasn't split though. How do you like the Ravens engine just want to know your opinions on all this tks 🍻
No problem with the raven it seems like an older Honda clone. I haven’t really had any major problems with my 37 ton. It works great in the stock confirmation but to get to the full potential the adjustable wedge is a must. I am still thinking about going with the auto cycle but not sure if I really need it.
at the pond near my house i have sum hickory trees i love splittin hckory wood has a good smell but a bit stringy when its bein split but it aint to bad
Tim from Canada, you just wasted a perfectly good luck. If you would’ve took your strap off all of that wood would have come out when you lifted up your dump trailer you should really look at what you’re doing that log would have come out. you really need to take a look at what is going on with your loads. You just wasted a perfectly good log over nothing.
Two big dump in one day! That must have felt good! And the wood sales are awesome too, it looks like your firewood business is a boomin', I am happy for ya! WOOOOOOW!
Can I get some day time wood and night time wood

Nice with the dulley and trailer makes things lot easier when you run in to them loads
Very fibrous is this ash
SureTrack trailers are so underrated. They are great trailers. They are in the top 2 or 3 trailers that are on the market.
i am such a fan of ash cuz of how quick it dries and even after a rain storm... love the channel and keep up the wonderful content

Great video Mr Schieb!
That dump trailer and truck are a great set up.
5 cords, man that's really good.
Thanks Tom. Yeah man 5 cord is great for me I everyone loves my wood lol

Very nice load, that will be some nice splits when all done for the wood stand..Great job on the loads
Thanks bud.
Great Video! That is some nice wood you have there! Glad to hear you like the trailer, and that it is serving you well! #BIGDUMPS
Glad to see the trailer put to work. I bought the same trailer at the same time you did and i also love ash. WOOOOoooooooo
Awesome jimmy hope the trailer is working well for you.
That was a cool video. Good deal on the 2 loads of wood.
Take care Scheib 👍🇺🇸
Thanks Gary you get that grass planted yet??
The quality doesn't get any better then that!! Its always nice to take 2 big dumps lol!! That's awesome on sales!! Stay safe my friend!! 🍻🍻

I’ll definitely be throwing at least 2 straps on for sure thanks for the advice.
Great load of wood. Really like your flat plastic pallets. Have a Safe Day
That massive load of Ash took a massive dump in your wood yard. That is cheap for 80.00 buck for those loads. Nice work Scheib!

Man those are some nice logs! 👍👍
Thanks brother.

Nice loads! That will make for some nice splits.
Nice load of ash to restock all that stuff you been selling. Great to hear your sales are booming! Take care

Yeah I seen that happen not with mine but I have hade it lift just a bit from just the change in temperature.
I like your new video the moming you did a good jop this nice firewood you have you will get all down buddy love your video buddy 🍺🍺
BUSINESS IS GOOD THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT WHEWWWW. LIKE YOUR CHANNEL
7:50 time stamp bad idea buddy. Im glad you are okay.
sorry about it getting stuck great job on wood sales great job
Take your buddy with the bandsaw mill some of the big logs and cut some side boards for the trailer. Protect those gates and would dump w/o hang ups.
I put 2 x 12 side boards on my dump trailer so I wouldn't bang the doors as the logs slid out. But then I just got greedier and stacked the loads even higher. Tore a door completely off once when a large log rolled over the side while dumping. Someday I'll learn!
Thought about side boards but I don’t think the truck will be able to handle much more. She’s starting to show her age.
That is a nice load of ash brother and that hitch seems to be holding up good since you've replaced it a while back keep up the good work brother
Great stuff all the way from 🏴England
Hello how are you doing great video nice score on the ash have a great day take care cheers George
For that money per load you did good. Just looking at it I'd say 2-1/2 - 2-3/4 cords. Have a great day Don
You get paid to work out! Beats going nowhere on a treadmill! And it's awesome ripping into wood with a sharp saw. I got the 064av stihl for the big stuff. She's a heavy pig.
Good hauling for sure!
You need one of my Dyna Firewood Processors. Shell Forest Products LLC. Harrodsburg, KY
I think some of this stuff is just a bit big for a processor.
wow nice load ash los

Agree with you 1000% Darryyll

Greetings from S. E. Ohio. Nice score on ash!!!! New to channel. Have a wonderful rest of the day!!
Ash-stounding!
Great load. You can turn that ash into cash as soon as you have it split.
🤣 I love Ash!? 🤣 Sorry 😐 beautiful loads Mr Scheib, I see bucking in your future. Take care my friend. Jared
i like this dude..
👍👍
The way that guy dumps the logs in your trailer he's beating the shit out of your trailer
Great looking dump trailer load(s) of bundle grade ash.
Thanks joe
YA HAVE A BEER FOR ME
I wonder how big a dump trailer I can haul with my 2002 Ford excursion 7.3 diesel?
Now you need to go steel that Japa from Dan's house!
Lol these are a bit to big for that thing 😂 🤘🏻🍺🍺
How is the paint coating holding up on your trailer? Do you have the 10 gauge or 7 gauge floor?
Paints holding up well I think it’s 10 gauge
@@OutsidewithScheib is the 10 gauge holding up or would you recommend the 7 gauge floor?
@@chawkins45ify seams to be fine to me haven’t poked through it yet anyway lol
@@OutsidewithScheib any major dents or deformations in the floor?
@@chawkins45ify no the floor is well supported with many cross members

How hard was the adjustable wedge to do??

Truck sounds good! 6 liter or 8.1?
6.0
at the pond near my house i have sum hickory trees i love splittin hckory wood has a good smell but a bit stringy when its bein split but it aint to bad
What size dump trailer is that I’m looking at a 6x10
Nice score. Did you start cutting that log without letting your saw warm up?
No I had just got done cutting with it 30 mins prior
Just found this channel. Just subscribed. Loved the video, on my way to check out your other ones. Also, LOVE that Sierra!!
🤘🏻🍺🍺
Big smoke 🚬
Nice Ash, the Dump would have gone better with a little Elm mixed in for FIBER content! Lol🪵👍🏼🇱🇷
That's a great trailer you have 🙂
Nice loads! How did you score that?
Facebook marketplace
Great score! A couple of nice loads of ash! It looks like it may be ready for the stand soon after you split it. How long have the logs been cut?
I split roughly 15 to 20 chords a year
How do you like the trailer
Love it !! It has done everything I wanted it to so far.
Nice toads
Give my complements to the operator sheib
Will do bud
I have 3 deliveries going out tomorrow and a customer picking up a cord of winter wood Saturday morning.
Nice
Best bet you wish you had the 500 I now
It would be nice
@@OutsidewithScheib I guess the farm Boss works it's just not as much fun
you mean Jan 2021
Yes
😳😂
I don’t like cutting logs that are piled up but if I could get my suppliers to bring me logs that nice I would make an exception
Lol they are really nice and there is more there I just need to process this stuff so I have room
