He is not a CHINESE singer, he's from Taiwan. Though I know it's not the point, the point is about the music and I do enjoy the music, so let's make it clear. He is from Taiwan.
Chinese can be a form of race, like people can be born in Taiwan but still speak Chinese as the mother tongue. Just like a person who speaks Malay might not necessarily be born in Malaysia.
