The way it work there is boton switch on, if you put on the Cristal slot switch will activate the effect.
There should be magnets in the holes and stones so that they pull toward the gauntlet like thanos

Here for this My hand can’t even slide through like my thumb bone doesn’t make it past the wrist part.
The trick is to remove the bottom half of the forearm. Just trust me, it looks bad but it's infinitely more fun
