Anything outdoors use should have a water rating of you could drive it in the bottom of the ocean considering that most scooters at a couple hundred bucks to a couple thousand bucks and they don't want to cover water damage when it's used outside is not very good for a company you should make it as waterproof as possible and then cover any damage if it happens to get water damage I have no idea if they waterproof an intestine don't know where it will feel where to tell you not to do when using it and then you know no way you can get water inside of it is from doing what you're not supposed to do with because the company is always trying to take advantage that you're not going to read the direction book or any of the warnings you just want to plug it in and go
For me, kung nasa 30% na ako. But case to case basis, kung kinakailangan mag charge kasi may ride or pupuntahan na malayo, i charge my scooter maski above 50% pa.

Any silicone sealant will do. Most common is engine gasket sealant, it will not harden and will just be rubberized when dry

I made it myself 😀. Weld it using 1" angle bar and 1" flat bar.
