Honestly, I think he did a pretty good job given his limited knowledge of makeup application and the colors he chose for eyeshadow...and of course, it's now his turn to sit in the chair:)
Watched this with my husband and I said- “yeah if we’d done this, the ‘hold this brush’ moment would have been a shadow brush in the cleavage!”
He then high 5’d me and said “god you know me so well” 🤣

I was 42 before I realized I was supposed to be doing something to my brows. Let him know we ALL think brows are hard. I've been trying now for almost 5 years and they are still hard!!
I really like the color combo he picked for the eyeshadow actually! ❤️💚 but you are right, that kind of combo requires advanced techniques. I would love to see you use the same products he used and show how you would do the look yourself! Maybe no mascara tears and blush on the ears this time 😁
Also watching your face you can see the fear that he will ruin your brushes 😂 but the fact that he said “you should have your own makeup room” is the ultimate support honestly. I think a lot of men sadly would say “why don’t you have less?” And his research sounds really cool, this is an important area to study 👍🏻

He did great! Really he was quite ambitious trying to create that eye look. Definitely it takes a lot of practice to learn how to get something like that to work. I’ve never put mascara on someone else before either. Doing that without poking you deserves bonus points.

And he did really good job! Using colorful eyeshadows is hard. One time I had a green eyeshadow on my forehead and no idea how it got there. 🤷🏼♀️ Luckily I was only playing with make up so could just wash it off 😂

Awww...this was really sweet! I have to say, of all of the husband or boyfriend does my makeup videos, this was one of the best! I was impressed with how much he remembered from the videos he watched. I think the look was super cute and good for not knowing what to do. We really just like to watch how the person we watch all of the time on RUclips, interacts with their significant other though, right? I mean, you get to see another side of someone and get to know them in another way then. Love it! 💕💕💕

To Riccardo: I hope you now get that doing someone's lip colour is actually the hardest part :D I hated doing lips while working as a makeup artist, especially because camera and pictures accentuate ALL the unevenness ;)
I actually love the idea he was going for, its the execution that was shaky but given that he's never done it before it turned out excellent! I would wear all those colors! BTW yes, do his makeup next please! he's such a cutey pie
