Hi sir, My husband(age 38) had angioplasty one month ago and had 3 stents placed at RCA. But when I got a second opinion from another doctor, they said I might have only needed 1 long stent instead of 3 any difference here sir ? I have some questions: 1. Treated doctor says there is a 70% blockage on the left side also, but a doctor from another hospital says it is only 15%. Who should I believe? Can I choose any doctor for follow-ups, or should I stick with the one who treated me? 2. How can I be sure that the stents (Promus Premier) used are good? 3. And also there are different opinions about blockage that will clear with medicines also?
Sir which technique is better and stent placement will be longer lasting as an Indian as u said that we always worry for cost so Dr s should advise lowest price and simple good one and which I observed on your vedio the which is inserted in the artery is. Looking like a net so doesn't a blood flow to a outer side many many thanks for sharing with new stent placement tecnology but I find it very costly and risky
Sir, which type of angioplasty is mostly preferred by Indian doctors and companies? Are laser angioplasty and ultrasound angioplasty being used in India? Are there doctors available for these types of treatments? Are there any companies providing or manufacturing these in India? And drug-eluting balloon is old technology or new? Last question: which angioplasty technology will we use in the future? And where will we see metal stents in the future?

Lipid profile - Total cholesterol - 156 Hdl - 41 Ldl - 81 Vldl - 35 Triglycerides - 176 Please tell me what steps should i take or is it normal - i dont like to eat fried food but still my triglycerides are borderline high is it because of the food i took before giving sample or i have to look into this. Less chance of heart problem in your case..mostly the symptoms might be related to muscular pain Can get treadmilltest to confirm....take neural vitamin and duloxetine for pain or pregabalin combination with some pain killers if pain is Excessive..meet Orthopedician or physiotherapist if pain worsens

Ultrasound and Oct are common..laser is used very selectively
Drug eluding vallon has been in market for almost 10 years
As of now meta stent are used in 99 percent cases..refinements will occur in future
