@@explorershutter5743 It's turned out very well. I never added water because my scraps were vegetable heavy and water logged. They condensed down and became non smelly and black in colour after a couple of months. It's winter now though so I've stopped because I compost outside.
@@mahisoni5130 If you can keep it in a dry area, sure! I wouldn't add any water though. Just add your vegetable scraps, shredded paper, leaves, anything dry and let nature so its job. Make sure rodents like rats etc don't have access to it though! All the best! I hope your compost turns out well!

I know I'm 11 months late but I hope it answers you or someone. When I do it, I cover the top. I put my compost boxes in a corner of my garden but covered the top. I am not sure about your liquid question but I don't think you should. I mean, in the process, there might be a little water but it stays in the compost boxes. And when the compost is ready to be taken out, I dry it under the sun first. To store compost or transport, I usually use sacks. Use the thick ones.

Thanks for the video, I started doing this at home, but it almost took 2.5 months to get a considerable amount of compost. We used it recently in our brinjal plants and the difference I visible in just a week, but can you please suggest how can we reduce the time taken for decomposition.

Well , I've used plastic container and the compost color is nearly black ,and it's wet and smells bad a little but I think it's decomposed or I would leave it in a full sunlight for drying out , what is your opinion. It's very simple , ek din ke bache ko agar 10th exams 100% marks se pass ho jaayenge tho kitchen waste bhi jaldi ban jayega, sorry no hard feelings
Usme thode gud ko thode pani me gholkar daal dena thoda jaldi banega
