I did consider amd. But, amd did not perform well when i was using it for dot net development. Intel was working a little better for me. Also, i has my eye on intel for a very long time so i went with intel.
psu 600 watt is not needed... you could have saved money if u bought 550 or 450 would also suffice.. but its alright if u want to add a graphic card later

yes. gigabyte h510m H will work with intel i5 11400 processor. The main reason i went with asus is because it had separate ps2 port for mouse and keyboard. As i have some old keyboard and mouse which still works, i did not want them to go to waste. But, if i were to buy today i would go with gigabyte.

@@gurzent If it is just the bent pins and if you can carefully straighten the pins then it may work. But, if the pins are bent beyond repair it can overheat the processor and possibly damage it. Now, because you've got the refund, I would suggest you to get another motherboard for your build and when the price is low you can invest in a cheap i3 processor just to confirm if the damaged motherboard is usable or not.

yes. I think your configuration will work . I think h510m is good enough for intel i5 11400f. 500w power supply should be enough but, i always prefer a higher watt psu than what i actually need.
for myself i would not spend any money on graphics card as i don't have any need for it. However, in general if i had the money i would buy the 3060Ti.(much more expensive then the cpu itself. This is why buying a GPU is not my priority).

NO, you don not need to install a GPU. Your pc will work just fine even if you don't install a GPU. Just make sure you buy a non "F" version of processor.
h610 is best for i3. If you have budget for b660 motherboard then use the budget to buy i5 instead of i3. Because between h610 and b660 you will not notice any huge performance difference. But, going from i3 to i5 will give you better performance.

I had bought two ssd one 240GB and 500GB. In 500GB i had alread installed the windows. If you are wondering, the ssd did not came with windows installed.
@@ManishGupta-qh5pk It is always better to go for the newer processor. -11400 has pcie 4.0 while 10400 only has pcie 3.0. -11400 supports 3200mhz ram while 10400 only support 2600mhz. -11400 has UHD 730 graphics however 10400 has UHD 630 graphics. these are the major differences. My first choice was 10400 but because the price difference was not that much i went with 11400 because it was newer.
That would be a good combination as well. But, I really wanted the i5 for extra cores. As, this will be my only computer and i would be running many applications at the same time.

yes, A good 450W psu will also work Provided it is actually 450w. Most budget psu claim to be of higher wattage but sometimes they are not. So, if you are buying a budget PSU then at least get 600w.

There is no perfect answer I'm just telling you what i would do myself. I have had a psu fail on me during my exam so, i'm never taking any chances with the PSU.

Did you consider buying AMD? Here in Taiwan, a 5600G is about 11700 rupee and a budget motherboard is about 5000 rupees.

h610 is best for i3.
If you have budget for b660 motherboard then use the budget to buy i5 instead of i3.
