I love Katie's videos. Her content is so refreshingly dire. She has a way of injecting intensity into the most basic of concepts and presents it all in a hilarious way. Her character is such a caricature of the way many people feel within their friend groups; outside looking in, that it holds within people both familiarity and exaggeration that puts it just to the side of what we can recognise in ourselves. Genuinely really intelligent content made for the mindless masses to idly consume and actually learn something. Well done, Katie, well done

This is kind of unrelated but still related. A Costco is the perfect place to hold out a zombie apocalypse. Everything is in bulk, lots of space, they sell everything, often times they have their own generators, and the Costco near where I live has two doors with a second set of doors on the outside. All of which are heavy steel overhead garage doors. Also a second security fence on the inside. BOOM!

My old Costco was in the same strip mall at Home Depot, Oil Changers, Wing Stop, McDonald's, and a few other typical stores. Then they wanted to expand, and my city said no, so they left and now it's a Walmart. A super sucky empty shelves never anything in stock rude employees only shop there if you are desperate Walmart.
One of the Costco's in LA (Los Feliz) is in a strip-mall like area with a Best Buy, Party City, etc. There might be others like that, and since CH is in LA they could be using that as a reference. I usually go to that one because there's an old Toys R Us store that's still unoccupied, freeing up some unused parking spaces.
