    Does it let you leave the cold, hot and ice on all the time or do you have to keep turning in back on?
    Also do you still have it after a year and is it still work good?

      It just runs in the background. No, we don't have it anymore. I have that functionality built in to our fridge so we didn't keep it there taking up counter space so I can't give you a long term test. I will say, it looked like very solid construction and no has posted on here that it fell apart after 6 weeks so I'm confident it would be good long term.

    Did your power light ever start blinking? Mine just started doing that, not sure what that means.

      No, I didn't have that issue. Did you try reaching out to the manufacturer?

    No crushed ice option? What's the button with wavy lines? Extra chilled water? Not quite "does everything". No sparkling water. :(

    Bought this item and had it a year and it molded inside all the water tubes and the ice holder inside. No way to clean it properly

      Now that's a headache, did you figure out a work around?

    • @sarahturner421
      @sarahturner421 11 месяцев назад

      Nope there is no way to clean it and it would turn the ice maker off constantly. The company wouldn’t answer any support questions and how to clean it. We threw it out and bought a brio brand

      @@sarahturner421 You should have ran a gallon of vinegar through it. The same way you clean coffee makers.
      And mold happens when the people using it don't make an effort to keep contaminants from getting in. There are literally millions of public water fountains that don't get mold. Even with hundreds of people using them. It comes from not wiping th bottles off before placing them. Several people handled that bottle before you it would be sheer self destructive to not wipe them off first. Also if you turn it off and on, that will also cause mold. Leaving it wet/damp just to save power will let mold grow.

      @@AztecWarrior69_69 hmmm I did all of those things. I do wipe the bottles off every time I put a new one on. I know a lot of people handle them. I work in healthcare I’m not a complete and utter idiot. As per the vinegar I did that as well and it still did not clean it out. I did not turn the thing off and leave it wet so that was not the issue. There was just not a way to clean the thing properly. So before you attack someone for something maybe you should do your own research. This product is known for having this issue. It has been pulled off the market and then redistributed under many different names because they get caught and have to change their names. It’s a Chinese distributor.

      @@sarahturner421 Yeah it is sooo easy to say you did all that after the someone says to do it. So if you take me just giving basic advice as an attack then that's on you.
      And just how is it I would do "my own research" on YOU?
      Also,
      " This product is known for having this issue. It has been pulled off the market and then redistributed under many different names because they get caught and have to change their names. It’s a Chinese distributor."
      sounds like YOU should have done your own research oan the product. You MORE ON.
