We have the Nuna Triv and absolutely LOVE it. The easy collapsibility of the whole stroller is what really won us over (we live in a city). The only thing that I am concerned about is how the stroller does during the winter months. Other than that, it is TOTALLY worth it. Hoping Nuna will come out with a Mixx that's closer to the Triv re: collapsibility and portability.
I noticed that the trip is more of an "L" shaped seat (ie: there's a back and a foot that comes out straight) rather than more of a seat/3 part seat (back, bottom, foot). Do you find your baby to be comfortable in the Triv because of this? I worry about them outgrowing/becoming uncomfortable the older they get.
I have 2019 nuna mixx and I love it. Everyone I know owns an uppa baby and I wanted to be different lol. I love it so much and friends I know w uppalove mine, they say it drives better and is better size
we had heard about this Mixx next will be launched in KOREA asap. It is one of our best selling stroller at Fullsize strollers. i can't wait to see it :)
None of these reviews ever show a child sitting in the stroller. I loved the stroller with the car seat until my kid was old enough to sit in the actual stroller seat. He always looks like he’s slipping out of the seat or sitting on the edge. He also has no protection from the wind on the sides. The seat is not deep enough. It should be more like the tavo seat. The folding foot rest also never stays up. I’m super disappointed by this very pricey stroller. The handle is also very wobbly.

I have the same problem with the nuna mixx. My baby is always sliding down the only thing keeping him up is the harness around his crotch. It is the angle of the seat it is not deep enough. He looks very uncomfortable and cries when he is in the stroller for longer than 15 min. I had a chicco bravo but wanted a stroller where the seat could face towards me. Wish i never bought this stroller.
You are soooo right! I bought a vista and now I'm stuck with a stroller that LO hates. These strollers are so expensive and they turn out to be worse than cheaper strollers.
I agree!! The harness between his legs seems so uncomfortable. I have to have his dad hold him while I buckle otherwise he’d slip right out.

I have had the Next for about a year now. This stroller is of great build as anything else from Nuna. But my biggest complaint is that the seating isn't as comfortable as other options for our daughter. Even with the backrest all the way upright, the seating part is very small with a very short but support. My daughter always looks like she has to leaning backwards because the seat is so short. We had other babies try out our stroller and same deal. The extended upright leg mechanism does nothing for this. You straighten it but with a baby strong enough, they can apply enough pressure to drop it again. If we could go back, probably would have looked at other options. But I was just so adamant about having Nuna everything.

Hi Anne! Only the Mixx bassinet will work on the Mixx Next stroller however Nuna has been sold out of all of their bassinets for quite some time. They will be bringing them back but are not able to communicate a time line right now. If a bassinet is a must have for you, you may want to consider alternative stroller options.
Is there a way to lock the foot rest in place? It seems to just fall with an easy push down?

Definitely. Both have good suspension, but the Fox is a superior ride. Bugaboo's suspension is next level.
Would be great to see a comparison of the Triv vs. Nuna Mixx. We live in the suburbs so a mix of city and country so wondering whether the Mixx would be better and what benefit the larger wheels have on other terrains

About the nuna mixx next, The seat as I see it in the videos doesn't look totally flat, like it is recommended by doctors generally to be totally flat. Is it really ok for new borns?
It does! and as for the newborn capability, Nuna confirms that it is newborn capable, so it is technically flat enough for a newborn. I would feel more comfortable using a bassinet, personally, because the seat is roughly 10-15 degrees inclined.

Why would they not make the car seat a single click like the seat without an adapter: this boggles me.
There are a couple of reasons why! Nuna infant car seats are built to be compatible with Maxi Cosi adapters so they can work with a very wide variety of strollers, but the connection point for the MIXX Next toddler seat is very different so an adapter is required. Many parents also don't like having to transport the bulk of the toddler seat unnecessarily if the belly bar were to be used as a car seat adapter like it is for the Nuna TAVO.

Our nuna mixx next stroller started making horrible sounds after using it only for a month. The frame is now extremely squeaky, I don’t even feel comfortable using this in public. Probably nuna used very cheap materials for the price of this stroller.
