Thank you so much. Just followed your video step by step and easily dismantled an old Aga. Gave me the confidence to do it and save a bunch of time and money! Brilliant 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
What a thoroughly 'good egg and a really reassuring explanation of how to do this. I live in the UK the ho,e of these AGAs evidently and no one here does such a top job. Thank you
Hi I'm an old heating engineer and have fitted many of these cookers but I have never seen one striped down so a Big thank you to you for this video it was very interesting
@@romanglick I’m looking for someone to remove an AGA cooker similar like the one in your video with 5 doors and the griddle. We just bought the house and I have no interest in keeping it. Would you happen to live in California and be able to remove the AGA for a fee? 😁
Your welcome, I learned a lot from this video. When trying to get a dealer to dismantle my identical aga, they were very evasive and wanted a fortune in payment. Thanks
Sorry i dont. I used this dismantle as an opportunity to share what I could. Read through the comments here and perhaps you could find some help from others. Thanks for watching.
hello I am norbert in france I have a small question I have to disassemble and reassemble the same model of AGA but electric are there any big differences to your advice thank you
Im sorry, I do not know that answer. This oven was the only one Ive experienced. I would imagine that its built the same way, aside from the heating element. The ovens would probably stack the same ways.
I dismantled this oven because I was moving. I didnt want to leave it. I have a comercial stove in my new home and cannot use this oven right now. My family enjoyed this amazing oven for 4 years. Its an absolute dream to own one of these. I can make the best pizza in the south with this beast. I can also make the best panini style sandwiches. Everything abou this oven is simple and extremely efficient. I cant even begin to descibe the amazing food that I can produce with this oven.
Do you think it is doable to install yourself? My husband can build race engines so I assume we can fit one in our house. Did you install this into your new house? If so, would love to see the video!
And I thought a Chambers was a mess of nuts, bolts, screws and asbestos. This is all well and good until you find a fastener stuck from age and heat. Gotta ask, why are you doing this?
I do not. I found a gentleman many years ago that installed this one. I watched as he didnit and asked many questions. When I moved from that home, I chose to dismantle it. Just reversed what he did. I filmed it because I couldnt find anyone out there that had done it before.
Job done successfully and no UK dealer astronomic bill to pay, thanks to this video. Thanks Roman.

This seems like a huge job but your instruction makes it very do-able. Thanks for the excellent walk through!
Thanks very much for taking the time to make this video, it gave us the confidence to do it ourselves and get on with it. Cheers!
Thank you for the video... it helped me reverse engineer it and build a similar Aga from scratch and with missing pieces... many many thanks!
Huguiros Glad it helped. Not enough info out there to help with the expensive task of building and dismantling these things.
This has been unbelievably helpful and saved me loads of time. Thank you my man
Youre very welcome. Thanks for watching.
Best video for dismantling an aga, top man thank you.
Thank you.
great video...love that you used the same or similar music they use on the agaliving website
Think it's routine background music when making videos.
Great and helpful video. Thank you!!
Thanks for watching and commenting.

@@slgreenberg1042 no sorry. Im in Georgia. I wish I was closer Id LOVE to take it off your hands. Are you planning on selling it?
Thanks. Helped me get a dead bird out that came down the flue when cold before it started to rot!
Fantastic video thanks so much ❤
I'm pretty good at taking things apart - putting them back together is another story. Have you posted a video on putting your AGA back together?
No. I just needed it removed and hiring someone wasnt in the budget.
This is so helpful, i have ours to do , so thanks V much.
In the UK, everything the Aga dealers do not want you to know, good, instructive video.
Thank you for watching.

Could you recommend a video on how to put one back together
Is this a an electric gas or oil oven or is the dismantling all the same
Well thanks for the help in taking it apart. Do you know of any assembly info? 2005 Model G 4 oven. Bob

Put lightly greased baking silicone sheet on the simmer plate and fry eggs with lid down or same method for pancakes, lovely
What a ridiculous, primitive monstrosity. Henry VIII owned one, I'm sure of it. Surely there were several on the Titanic.
They were invented in 1922 and weigh 2k pounds (at least the two oven does). Cooks better than you could imagine, simple to use and very efficient.
