I have been searching for this option since last two days even visited the HDFC Bank next to me and they misguided me to add PPF as Beneficiary. When I am already holding PPF I don't find any such option to add PPF. Finally got the answer to transfer the amount to existing PPF Account.

Hi bro i gave mandate option.but its not auto debiting monthly i am manually paying like u did now. I have some questions
1) Is automatic payment is ther3 or we need to do pay manually each month
2) can we deposit different amounts within 1.5 lakhs on that 12 months like u did

The withdrawal happens to your account only.. You don't have to go that Branch, any branch is fine.. Anyways you can also once confirm the same by checking with Customer care...
