My thoughts: I assumed this yarn was being discontinued so I'm glad you're seeing it in other stores. I liked working with it. (I'm someone who works with acrylic 80 percent of the time because I do lots of blankets/afghans. Not baby size so natural fiber isn't cost-effective for me. My go-to acrylic is Premier Everyday/Anti-Pilling and Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn. I've only seen Chic Sheep at Hobby Lobby, but, unfortunately, my HL doesn't carry it anymore. And it's not on the shelves at my Jo-Anne, either. I think you can get it online at Jo-Anne's site, but I don't want to pay extra for the shipping, which makes the yarn more expensive. The only 100 percent wool I see at Michaels is that SCRATCHY fishermen's (virgin) wool by Lion Brand and Patons, which also feels kinda rough to me. (I think Red Heart is softer than Patons.) I think Hobby Lobby replaced Chic Sheep with Must Be Merino, which isn't as nice. I found Must Be Merino Aran (4 weight) to be VERY splitty. The plies were too loose on all the skeins I purchased. And all had a few knots in them Don't know if it was just a bad batch. I didn't try the Must Be Merino in 3 weight. Maybe it's less splitty and knotty than 4/aran weight. I need to watch your review of Must Be Merino because I missed it. I always enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work. :)
Thanks for all the feedback! I hope Chic Sheep isn't discontinued... I really do like it. I liked Must Be Merino but I tried the 3 not the Aran.... It's too bad it's splitty. Thanks for watching!

I was looking for a 100% wool yarn for a felted slipper pattern. Does this yarn felt well? Thanks!
You can buy white and dye it yourself
That's a great suggestion! Thanks for watching!
Micheal is sold out :(
They had it on sale for $2.97 so I'm not surprised it's sold out! Hopefully they restock it soon! Thanks for watching!
