I fell asleep while shopping online for fabric and dreamed the fabric shop kicked me out because I couldn't decide what to get for several hours and they were closing 🤣

Great work on trimming down the fabric selections for your website - not an easy job! I was tickled to see a "Simone" scrunchie in the current regulars and just had to have one! Even when a business grows organically, as yours has, there are still lots of decisions to be made and processes to be reviewed and changed from time to time. Even when the changes are for the better, they can take some time to adjust to. I'm always mindful that the time between filming and uploading can be several weeks, so I hope you are well into the swing of things now and that your workload has lightened as a result. Although I imagine you're working to get ahead so you can take time off sewing after your surgery.
There are lots of special events scattered evenly throughout the year so if you had the urge to offer additional special lines you could have some for things like International Womens Day (Purple - March) Easter (April), Mothers Day, (May), NAIDOC Week (July), Halloween etc even the change of seasons.
I love the collectable cards and look forward to seeing each design.
What amazing bonuses some of the markets have been for you! It's terrific that the new display board has increased sales of your XL scrunchies at markets. I'm gearing up to have monthly stalls here at home. There's a community hub across the road from me that has scheduled regular markets this year, so a few neighbours and I have decided make the most of the passing foot traffic to set up shop and sell our wares rather than drag it all across the road (and pay for a stall LOL). Plus we can advertise on Marketplace to attract additional shoppers.

I make scrunchies for my business as well :) Question for you, I noticed you close your scrunchies two different ways, is there a reason for that? :) I do the burrito method but just curious if you find the other method/closing method easier when doing smaller scrunchies? Keep that many and change them each season?? You already have so many fabric designs where you can separate into the 4 seasons and Easter, Halloween plus Christmas 😊 that way you can rotate your fabrics that some people may have not actually noticed because there's heaps to choose from

Due to all the breaches and what not on Instagram and Facebook I don't have an account on them nor do I want to have an account on them, however for those whom only have a youtube account it would be nice to have updates and photos as well. Does a Juki sewing machine really make that noise? Perhaps you should wear a mask. Probably lots of fibre bits you are breathing in.
It goes 5000 stitches per minute! I do tend to speed the videos up too and definitely need to wear ear protection. I do wear a mask sometimes! Especially when sewing for a full day and if it’s fluffy fabrics, I agree so much comes off and it can be inhaled 🫣😧
