Ya that’s what my husband said but they have different staples in them and both have worked for a while ? But I have one working now and I’ll put regular staples the the and see if I can get it working . Hope you are well 😊

It's the staples. I always buy swingline staples and that cleared up 99% of the issues, The remaining 1% is user error.
