Our Ancients materialised this Theory through architecture. Our Temples ancient vaastu tries to replicate Cosmic geometry & arrangement of things just as how the universe is arranged. Even the rituals are arranged in such a way.
My observation is that things (concepts) work in a similar fashion in different realms. For example, how planets revolve around sun, and in turn revolves around something else, and so on. What is interesting is at the atomic level, electrons are revolving around nucleus, its like planets revolving around sun. Even Karma is similar to the fundamental law in physics: every action results in equal and opposite reaction. In biological terms, a cell is structured like an atom, there is a nucleus, cell wall, and mitochondria, and other things are in action moving around. And there is polarity, (+) and (-), like duality, male, female. This is like spiral structures he was talking about, also in DNA.

This is brilliant, it questions a lot of Why ? Of our life. It's sad that we are not learning Sanskrit and our Vedas, what more sad is that we don't have enough people who can interpret the Vedas the way Dr Subhash kak does. He is right. What separates us from machines a good example is boredom. We are conscious hence we get entertained or bored. Create what machine you may like, neither it will yearn for entertainment or joy nor will it get bored of repetition.
If one logically thinks step by step, then on scientific basis both "1 God" claim of abrahmics & "0 God" claim of atheists are impossible & only Advaita (nonduality) described by Sanatan Dharma i.e Hindutva holds true. Here is my reasoning: "1 God" claim of abrahmics says that an uncreated conscious source referring to itself as "1 true God" created us i.e. created our consciousness. But this means that consciousness can be created which in turn contradicts the claim of that "1 true God" being the uncreated conscious source since "his" consciousness then must also have been created and thus we enter into an infinite regression in which no conscious entity can claim to be the creator of other conscious entities thus destroying the claim of that "1 true God" & abrahmics. "0 God" claim of atheists says that there is no conscious source. This means insentience is at the core but this means that in absence of any trigger and any material, absolutely no movement is ever possible in infinite emptiness and since all fundamental particles are vibrations or movement in infinite emptiness, none of them should ever exist let alone their combination (like brain) accidently producing consciousness. But as per atheists insentient matter, whose source is not known & which should not even exist, intelligently organises itself as universe and then intelligently assembles itself into various species with reproductive capabilities and only after all this intelligent organization in those species, consciousness suddenly sparks as an emergent property. Since intelligence is a property of consciousness hence if we scrutinise atheists' arguments then intelligence is preceding consciousness, which is laughable. This destroys the argument of atheists. Now as per western logic these are the only two possibilities and based on these two they have their left wing and right wing politics too. But we have rejected both as shown above. So there must be something wrong with western logic and there is indeed. "1 true God" and "0 God or no conscious source" are not the mutually exhaustive possibilities. The correct mutually exhaustive possibilites are "no conscious source" and "conscious source". Thus though we have completely rejected the possibility of "no conscious source" but so far we have only rejected the abrahmic claim from the possibility of "conscious source" which means if we want to know the nature of conscious source and its relation to us and matter then we will have to dig deeper as the abrahmic claim of "1 true God" doesn't have any truth in it. So lets dig deeper by analysing the brahmand(universe) we live in. We live in a brahmand of dvait(duality) i.e. purusha[subject/observer] and prakriti[object(matter)/observed] i.e. we see things that are different from us and this phenomenon of me and others (other subjects as well as objects) is known as dvait. Now since we have just proven that there is a conscious source then why that conscious source didn't think that there is a higher consciousness just like we think? The only logical answer to this must be that contrary to our observation of dvait, it did not see anything or anyone which was different from it i.e. for which it itself was not the trigger and the material cause both. So when it saw something or someone, it itself was that something and someone and when it saw nothing, then it itself was nothing i.e. complete stillness/emptiness. In essence whatever it thought it became i.e. Drishti-Srishti. Essentially what we have just proven is that the source consciousness is infinitely pervading and infinite potential shakti (energy) that is self aware and thus can manifest itself in infinite forms i.e. mathematically speaking Shunya(0)=Purna(∞). We have also proven that since you can't create or destroy absolute emptiness, hence this self aware infinite potential energy that Hindus refer to as Brahman is neither created(ajanma) nor can be destroyed(avinashi) & is thus timeless(anaadi). This state is also desireless because since there is nothing different from it hence there is nothing to desire for. Thats why renunciation or freeing the mind of desires is used as one of the methods to achieve this non dual desireless state or Moksha. This is the paramarthik satya of Advaita that Adi Shanakaracharya described in his work. Now the next question is that how from this state of Advaita the emergence of dvaita happens. Dvaita means that there is an observer which thinks that there is something different from it. Thus the observer will need to be limited in order for other entities to exist. But since Brahman(source consciousness) is infinite & advaita (i.e. no difference between subject and object) and thus there can be nothing else apart from it hence the only way to manifest such a limited observer is when Brahman limits itself under self imposed avidya of having limited energy and creates an illusion of dvaita for that limited observer. Now since we have already proven that Brahman is advaita and thus ananta/avyaya(infinite), ajanma(uncreated) and avinashi(can never be destroyed), how many such limited observers (limited conscious energy) can it manifest? The answer obviously is potentially infinite. Now we can relate this to the Purnamadah Purnamidam shloka from the Ishavasya Upanishad. Now since purusha and prakriti are the only manifested entities in the universe, this means that the trigger and material cause for both must be Brahman(source consciousness) only. This implies that from Brahman's point of view it is advait (nondual) with both purusha and prakriti and purusha and prakriti are nothing but its anshik (fractional) manifestations only [Gita chapter 10/Gita 15.7]. Thus purusha is not something different from Brahman and thus purusha is nothing but a localized/limited manifestation of Brahman and the only possible reason that would make purusha think that prakriti is different from it, must be because of the self imposed avidya(ignorance) without which the maya (illusion) of duality cannot happen. In essence what we have proved is that this brahmand is simply a simulation of dvait and thus is only a VYAVAHARIK SATYA (empirical/relative truth) and not PARAMARTHIK SATYA (absolute truth). Also it is because of this dvait, vasanas(desires) originate in the mind of purusha as the vasanas are nothing but our effort to acquire or avoid an entity that is different (i.e. dvait) from us. Thus to fulfil those desires based in dvait, purusha (only nimitt karan and not upadan karan) gets bound to prakriti & takes rebirths and gets caught in the karmic cycle(mental & physical actions) or sansara. This also proves that unless purusha realizes that it itself is the infinite desireless state of advaita or Brahman (upadan and nimitt karan both), vasanas will always arise in purusha, as the root of vasanas is in dvait and the root of dvait is in self imposed avidya. Thus purusha will always take punarjanma(rebirth) to fulfill those vasanas and the punarjanmas will happen in various yonis (species) and in various lokas based on its gunas (sat, raj or tam) and karma. The law of karma here is the only fair rule that can be used in dvaita as all purushas are nothing but a limited version of Brahman under self imposed avidya and thus Brahman has no reason to favour or detest any purusha and thus what any purusha gets (good or bad results) must only be based on its own current & prior actions (including those of previous births) [Gita 9.29]. This is the level of vyavaharik satya where the dvait of not only purusha and prakriti but also of purusha and Brahman (in unmanifest or in infinite manifest forms) is true where purusha is the KARTA and Brahman is the SAKSHI & KARMAFALA DAATA. This matches with the two bird analogy of Adi Shankaracharya. But once the desires & karma is dissolved and avidya is removed by conscious efforts of purusha, the maya(illusion) of a separate identity or dvaita is dissolved and purusha(atman/limited & localized consciousness) merges back into Brahman(Absolute or infinite consciousness). This merger is called Moksha/Nirvana/Kaivalya etc and the process of merger is known as Yoga (To unite/join/merge with the absolute truth i.e Brahman). Shri Krishna says the same in Gita and Vidyagita chapter of Tripura Rahasya (often quoted by Bhagwan Ramana Maharshi) makes it absolutely clear. Modern science has also realized this in half when it says that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. All is left for science to understand is that energy (referred to by Hindus as Brahman) is also conscious/selfaware, is the basis of all motion and manifestations & thus can manifest itself in infinite forms. Hindus call this infinite conscious energy or Brahman in its potential state as Shiva and in kinetic state (as brahmand i.e. manifested universe) as Shakti. Upanishads confirm this and Shri Krishna also says the same in Gita chapter 10. Shiva (infinite conscious energy appearing as emptiness/stillness i.e consciousness not showing any signs of motion) and Shakti or Shiva's dance (infinite conscious energy appearing as brahmand/prakriti i.e. consciousness with motion) appear to be different to purusha (limited conscious energy) only at the level of vyavharik satya because of self imposed avidya of having only limited shakti (limited energy). At the paramarthik level, Shiva and Shakti are the same i.e. Brahman (infinite conscious energy)=Shiva=Shakti as depicted in the Ardhanarishwar rupa in Sanatan Dharma/Hindutva.

There was so much to absorb, and I was saturated in 30 minutes. Really took me 3 days to complete this! And highlights that I remember at present that shook my brain stem: 1. Dr. Kak when you say that when we learn we lose neurons that is not really not correct. When we are born the brain has fully developed neural connections for certain functions such as breathing and other important survival functions. But other areas are not. For example one of the first to develop is visual cortex. Here the neurons start extending and developing synapses based on the input from the infants eyes. Similarly as we grow and learn different things, the corresponding parts of the brain develop more and more efficient neural synapses. When we are involved in the practice of a certain activity, whether it may mathematics or playing basketball,the parts of the brain responsible for those respective activities become more and more firm and efficient;so much so that it becomes ‘ intuitive’. The parts of brain that are not being used become less and less active and atrophied. This is called ‘ pruning ‘. Remember, the Nature always tries to be most efficient that it can for a certain task to conserve energy. Therefore the neurons are dying because of this pruning effect and after 8 or 10 years of age. Only if somebody would find a way to educate the children with all the knowledge so efficiently before the age of 10 that we can avoid pruning, our consciousness would have a super brain at its disposal to interact with physical reality and understand it deeply. This country is destroying it’s youth and their brains ( the most powerful computer ,which we have the capability to produce) on one hand, and trying to construct artificial intelligence which I doubt, could reach the level of intuitive capabilities of our brains. An stupid AI could be more dangerous to humanity!

Hindus were clear that earth is sphere and referred geography as bhugol from thousands of years,some references: Markandey puran 54.12 states "the earth is low in South and North,it is highly elevated in middle", Yoga Vashishta verses 3.30.12 & 3.30.13 mentions that humans and animals walking on earth is akin to ants crawling on a ball ,Aitereya Bhraman 3.44 tells how night is due to opposite effect to sun..like these many..Even earth is shown as sphere when the varaha avatar of vishnu hold earth

Great and on-point questions by Chavda ji and respect to Kak ji for his wide knowledge of the sources of ancient Indian wisdom (which the sages of those times acquired and shared with the world in the pure pursuit of the knowledge of reality and understanding of consciousness) that he employs for his arguments and ideas, but his answers are circumlocutory, seem to be based on a needs-driven conceptual concoction that can only be called messy and are not at all convincing in any way. The answer about the proof of existence of God, especially, is a lot of fluff made to seem like some deep discovery. Also, he almost admitted here that he meant "proof of existence of god" as a personal joke that he pulled on people. Interesting!

What a fabulous conversation!! It was unintentionally spiritual. But science can evolve only through spirituality, just like time and space extend using sound. Can sound be the cause of creation of dimensions? Or is it the dimensions itself? Similar to the cosmic dance of Shiva and his damru producing the shabd.

My observation is that things (concepts) work in a similar fashion in different realms. For example, how planets revolve around sun, and in turn revolves around something else, and so on. What is interesting is at the atomic level, electrons are revolving around nucleus, its like planets revolving around sun.
Even Karma is similar to the fundamental law in physics: every action results in equal and opposite reaction.
In biological terms, a cell is structured like an atom, there is a nucleus, cell wall, and mitochondria, and other things are in action moving around.
And there is polarity, (+) and (-), like duality, male, female.
This is like spiral structures he was talking about, also in DNA.

It's sad that we are not learning Sanskrit and our Vedas, what more sad is that we don't have enough people who can interpret the Vedas the way Dr Subhash kak does. He is right. What separates us from machines a good example is boredom. We are conscious hence we get entertained or bored. Create what machine you may like, neither it will yearn for entertainment or joy nor will it get bored of repetition.
Again you can program computer to get bored but it again will be mechanical. He can’t chose from when he can get bored.
If one logically thinks step by step, then on scientific basis both "1 God" claim of abrahmics & "0 God" claim of atheists are impossible & only Advaita (nonduality) described by Sanatan Dharma i.e Hindutva holds true. Here is my reasoning:
"1 God" claim of abrahmics says that an uncreated conscious source referring to itself as "1 true God" created us i.e. created our consciousness. But this means that consciousness can be created which in turn contradicts the claim of that "1 true God" being the uncreated conscious source since "his" consciousness then must also have been created and thus we enter into an infinite regression in which no conscious entity can claim to be the creator of other conscious entities thus destroying the claim of that "1 true God" & abrahmics.
"0 God" claim of atheists says that there is no conscious source. This means insentience is at the core but this means that in absence of any trigger and any material, absolutely no movement is ever possible in infinite emptiness and since all fundamental particles are vibrations or movement in infinite emptiness, none of them should ever exist let alone their combination (like brain) accidently producing consciousness. But as per atheists insentient matter, whose source is not known & which should not even exist, intelligently organises itself as universe and then intelligently assembles itself into various species with reproductive capabilities and only after all this intelligent organization in those species, consciousness suddenly sparks as an emergent property. Since intelligence is a property of consciousness hence if we scrutinise atheists' arguments then intelligence is preceding consciousness, which is laughable. This destroys the argument of atheists.
Now as per western logic these are the only two possibilities and based on these two they have their left wing and right wing politics too. But we have rejected both as shown above. So there must be something wrong with western logic and there is indeed. "1 true God" and "0 God or no conscious source" are not the mutually exhaustive possibilities. The correct mutually exhaustive possibilites are "no conscious source" and "conscious source". Thus though we have completely rejected the possibility of "no conscious source" but so far we have only rejected the abrahmic claim from the possibility of "conscious source" which means if we want to know the nature of conscious source and its relation to us and matter then we will have to dig deeper as the abrahmic claim of "1 true God" doesn't have any truth in it.
So lets dig deeper by analysing the brahmand(universe) we live in. We live in a brahmand of dvait(duality) i.e. purusha[subject/observer] and prakriti[object(matter)/observed] i.e. we see things that are different from us and this phenomenon of me and others (other subjects as well as objects) is known as dvait. Now since we have just proven that there is a conscious source then why that conscious source didn't think that there is a higher consciousness just like we think? The only logical answer to this must be that contrary to our observation of dvait, it did not see anything or anyone which was different from it i.e. for which it itself was not the trigger and the material cause both. So when it saw something or someone, it itself was that something and someone and when it saw nothing, then it itself was nothing i.e. complete stillness/emptiness. In essence whatever it thought it became i.e. Drishti-Srishti. Essentially what we have just proven is that the source consciousness is infinitely pervading and infinite potential shakti (energy) that is self aware and thus can manifest itself in infinite forms i.e. mathematically speaking Shunya(0)=Purna(∞). We have also proven that since you can't create or destroy absolute emptiness, hence this self aware infinite potential energy that Hindus refer to as Brahman is neither created(ajanma) nor can be destroyed(avinashi) & is thus timeless(anaadi). This state is also desireless because since there is nothing different from it hence there is nothing to desire for. Thats why renunciation or freeing the mind of desires is used as one of the methods to achieve this non dual desireless state or Moksha. This is the paramarthik satya of Advaita that Adi Shanakaracharya described in his work. Now the next question is that how from this state of Advaita the emergence of dvaita happens.
Dvaita means that there is an observer which thinks that there is something different from it. Thus the observer will need to be limited in order for other entities to exist. But since Brahman(source consciousness) is infinite & advaita (i.e. no difference between subject and object) and thus there can be nothing else apart from it hence the only way to manifest such a limited observer is when Brahman limits itself under self imposed avidya of having limited energy and creates an illusion of dvaita for that limited observer. Now since we have already proven that Brahman is advaita and thus ananta/avyaya(infinite), ajanma(uncreated) and avinashi(can never be destroyed), how many such limited observers (limited conscious energy) can it manifest? The answer obviously is potentially infinite. Now we can relate this to the Purnamadah Purnamidam shloka from the Ishavasya Upanishad.
Now since purusha and prakriti are the only manifested entities in the universe, this means that the trigger and material cause for both must be Brahman(source consciousness) only. This implies that from Brahman's point of view it is advait (nondual) with both purusha and prakriti and purusha and prakriti are nothing but its anshik (fractional) manifestations only [Gita chapter 10/Gita 15.7]. Thus purusha is not something different from Brahman and thus purusha is nothing but a localized/limited manifestation of Brahman and the only possible reason that would make purusha think that prakriti is different from it, must be because of the self imposed avidya(ignorance) without which the maya (illusion) of duality cannot happen. In essence what we have proved is that this brahmand is simply a simulation of dvait and thus is only a VYAVAHARIK SATYA (empirical/relative truth) and not PARAMARTHIK SATYA (absolute truth). Also it is because of this dvait, vasanas(desires) originate in the mind of purusha as the vasanas are nothing but our effort to acquire or avoid an entity that is different (i.e. dvait) from us. Thus to fulfil those desires based in dvait, purusha (only nimitt karan and not upadan karan) gets bound to prakriti & takes rebirths and gets caught in the karmic cycle(mental & physical actions) or sansara. This also proves that unless purusha realizes that it itself is the infinite desireless state of advaita or Brahman (upadan and nimitt karan both), vasanas will always arise in purusha, as the root of vasanas is in dvait and the root of dvait is in self imposed avidya. Thus purusha will always take punarjanma(rebirth) to fulfill those vasanas and the punarjanmas will happen in various yonis (species) and in various lokas based on its gunas (sat, raj or tam) and karma. The law of karma here is the only fair rule that can be used in dvaita as all purushas are nothing but a limited version of Brahman under self imposed avidya and thus Brahman has no reason to favour or detest any purusha and thus what any purusha gets (good or bad results) must only be based on its own current & prior actions (including those of previous births) [Gita 9.29].
This is the level of vyavaharik satya where the dvait of not only purusha and prakriti but also of purusha and Brahman (in unmanifest or in infinite manifest forms) is true where purusha is the KARTA and Brahman is the SAKSHI & KARMAFALA DAATA. This matches with the two bird analogy of Adi Shankaracharya. But once the desires & karma is dissolved and avidya is removed by conscious efforts of purusha, the maya(illusion) of a separate identity or dvaita is dissolved and purusha(atman/limited & localized consciousness) merges back into Brahman(Absolute or infinite consciousness). This merger is called Moksha/Nirvana/Kaivalya etc and the process of merger is known as Yoga (To unite/join/merge with the absolute truth i.e Brahman).
Shri Krishna says the same in Gita and Vidyagita chapter of Tripura Rahasya (often quoted by Bhagwan Ramana Maharshi) makes it absolutely clear. Modern science has also realized this in half when it says that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. All is left for science to understand is that energy (referred to by Hindus as Brahman) is also conscious/selfaware, is the basis of all motion and manifestations & thus can manifest itself in infinite forms. Hindus call this infinite conscious energy or Brahman in its potential state as Shiva and in kinetic state (as brahmand i.e. manifested universe) as Shakti. Upanishads confirm this and Shri Krishna also says the same in Gita chapter 10.
Shiva (infinite conscious energy appearing as emptiness/stillness i.e consciousness not showing any signs of motion) and Shakti or Shiva's dance (infinite conscious energy appearing as brahmand/prakriti i.e. consciousness with motion) appear to be different to purusha (limited conscious energy) only at the level of vyavharik satya because of self imposed avidya of having only limited shakti (limited energy). At the paramarthik level, Shiva and Shakti are the same i.e. Brahman (infinite conscious energy)=Shiva=Shakti as depicted in the Ardhanarishwar rupa in Sanatan Dharma/Hindutva.

May be new ideas emerges in mind is when we tune our brain to certain frequency or certain pattern(constantly thinking or working on certain concepts) which unlocks information their out in the universe already in codified form.

Dr. Kak when you say that when we learn we lose neurons that is not really not correct. When we are born the brain has fully developed neural connections for certain functions such as breathing and other important survival functions. But other areas are not. For example one of the first to develop is visual cortex. Here the neurons start extending and developing synapses based on the input from the infants eyes. Similarly as we grow and learn different things, the corresponding parts of the brain develop more and more efficient neural synapses. When we are involved in the practice of a certain activity, whether it may mathematics or playing basketball,the parts of the brain responsible for those respective activities become more and more firm and efficient;so much so that it becomes ‘ intuitive’. The parts of brain that are not being used become less and less active and atrophied. This is called ‘ pruning ‘. Remember, the Nature always tries to be most efficient that it can for a certain task to conserve energy. Therefore the neurons are dying because of this pruning effect and after 8 or 10 years of age. Only if somebody would find a way to educate the children with all the knowledge so efficiently before the age of 10 that we can avoid pruning, our consciousness would have a super brain at its disposal to interact with physical reality and understand it deeply. This country is destroying it’s youth and their brains ( the most powerful computer ,which we have the capability to produce) on one hand, and trying to construct artificial intelligence which I doubt, could reach the level of intuitive capabilities of our brains. An stupid AI could be more dangerous to humanity!

Hindus were clear that earth is sphere and referred geography as bhugol from thousands of years,some references: Markandey puran 54.12 states "the earth is low in South and North,it is highly elevated in middle", Yoga Vashishta verses 3.30.12 & 3.30.13 mentions that humans and animals walking on earth is akin to ants crawling on a ball ,Aitereya Bhraman 3.44 tells how night is due to opposite effect to sun..like these many..Even earth is shown as sphere when the varaha avatar of vishnu hold earth

Scientific person always work on increasing his perception about reality and think from every angle. why on earth there are million of people who say with their own research that the shape of earth is flat maybe they are wrong but they are the person who really research and go deep into that model they are not just saying anything in the air. just give yourself a chance to explore other reality and it may also be possible that your whole life you are programmed to just believe a lie.
The problem is not you infect the problem is that all of the environment around you be it offline or online right from birth be it school or colleges or even after that it is just organized in such a way that any person who give you alternate view is being ridiculed and made a joke out of him and to just let him down every time so that only lie pervades the truth.

(And Ananda = Bliss the very nature of the Absolute, according to Vedanta, which is much easier to comprehend; only takes walking the razor's edge to realise). I have this old doubt: Is the material universe only empirical reality but a transcendental fallacy?
