Dr. Bronners shampoo is the only shampoo I have used on my locs. I recently bought a shampoo at a health food market. I bought Jason’s. Haven’t used it yet. I keep Dr. Bronners diluted with water 50/50 in a spray bottle. I spray the shampoo directly onto locs and scalp. I shampoo every 1-2 weeks. I band my ends to shampoo. I usually go 8-12 weeks for a retie. I have microlocs not sisterlocs.

That's not a bad idea. Didn't think about Dr. Bonners. I use it for everything else.
