Dec. 18.1996! I don't know how much but it snowed good. I remember because it was my birthday and I was pregnant.

It's what it is though. Low pressure moves over the water, and forms clouds, which result in precipitation. And it'll be below freezing, so it'll be snow. Pretty easy concept.
