Catching 10 Species In ONE Day In Northern Wisconsin! (P.B.’s Broken!)

- This was my toughest challenge yet! I attempted to land as many species of fish as I could in one day of fishing. I picked the best weather of the week, loaded up the boat with rods, tackle and bait, headed to the lake and this was the amazing result! Northern Wisconsin fishing at it's finest.

This was one of the coolest fishing vids I’ve seen.
Thank you! That’s quite a compliment!
Congrats on the musky pb. Beautiful lake. Appreciate the time you put in on the videos.
Thanks much!
Good video. I like that you included B-roll of the lake bottom/weeds/etc to show what you are referencing in the voice over.
Thanks. It’s good to hear that people are noticing the little details!
Great day of fishing! Thanks for sharing your video. So many very nice fish!
Thanks! It was a blast to film.
Did a 11 species tournament with some friends last Saturday.
Nothing like the mixed bag to keep thing exiting.
I love it!
Great video! Always appreciate the tips I pick up from your videos
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
What a great idea for a video love it. Very creative. Very nice musky,
Thank you!
I like fishing and I am starting to fish more and more recommendations to catch some good fish here in Wisconsin and many greetings have a very good day and blessings
Try nightcrawlers in a larger river. Should catch all kinds of stuff!
@@calebwistad Thank you very much, yes I am looking for a place where I can have fun fishing varieties of fish, thank you very much and at least your videos are very funny
Great video Caleb! I never knew gar were in that area! I’ve seen them on the Eau Claire river before, but didn’t catch any until I was in Green Bay.
Yes. Very few people catch them but they are around. Such cool fish!
Cool catch on the white fish!!
Thanks! Heading to Canada today and hopefully gonna catch a bunch up there.
@calebwistad crazy to me that people don't like catching them. They're awesome. Small mouth can make it a challenge too
Didn’t know Hayward area would have Gar! Especially in a lake.
Yep. There are a few lake that have had them for years.
I’m headed up that way next weekend what lake has gar?? I’ve always wanted to catch one!
Enjoyed the variety!
Thanks!
Awesome and i know almost every spot your on. Great lake.
Thanks! Yes. Very good fishery.
Wow, never caught a gar up there. I guess I'll find them in a couple of May's when i get the time!
There are a few in some select lakes around the area but they aren’t common.
Hello, my name is Luz, Uncle Mendoza, I like your videos, a very good fisherman where I could catch good Wallace here in Wisconsin, recommendations to go do good hualay fishing.
Thanks! Rivers are always a good place to start.
Would you consider making something for bank fishermen? Thanks 👍
I have a couple videos out there that are bank fishing videos. Maybe I’ll work on another one!
Nice job
Thanks!
what percent of the time would you say that you get skunked? I'm asking as a beginner, I would assume it to be around 40%, let me know if I'm wrong. Thanks
I’d say maybe one day out of 20 or so I get totally skunked. It’s honestly pretty rare. We have so many opportunities around me that it’s hard to go out and not catch at least a few fish.
Ok I see, thanks. Definitely depends on location.
Can you do a boat tour vid?
I’ll have to think about that! My boat is nothing special but I do have it pretty well set up for fishing.
@@calebwistad I think the older model lunds were sweet and it’s nice to see somebody that shows they don’t need 150k boat setup to catch a fish!
the mighty Chippewa flowage?
i watch your information 'couse i live on the Chippewa.
Nope
Nope. But not far from it!
What lake? Im on the Spider Chain
One thing I don’t do is give lake names out. I love showing how to fish but I just can’t afford to name lakes. 😆 spider chain is a good fishery.
@@calebwistad yeah been fishing it for 54 years. My pb Musky is 50" and my pb walleye is 34" and my pb small mouth is 24" just asking..
