    Unfortunately this young man have serious mental health issues. Most mental patients have no control for their actions without medication. I've worked with these types of patients for 35 years

      agreed. in this medicated state he is in he reminds me of Stephen Mark McDaniel, the man that killed Lauren Giddings.

    Stop harassing this gem! He clearly has told you he has no risks of sexual offense except for sexual assault and no substance abuse issues except for the DUI, if the staff and system stopped annoying this guy he'd be a stellar model of humanity!

    This guy sounds like Stephen McDaniel when he shut down during interrogation. He sounds too dangerous to release and may see a civil commitment. 59 years ago there were insane asylums all across America but they got phased out as psychotropic medicine gained traction. The medicine allowed many who were otherwise committed to be released into community settings. However, there are times when they choose to stop taking medication of "forget to take their meds" This guy is flooded with medication and may be too dangerous without intense supervision.

    It does happen in these institutions and often. I wouldn't totally discount his version.

    I looked away for a second there at the start and thought that it froze right when "What did I hear?" went through Kellu's and my mind.

    He is dangerous and impulsive which really makes him a danger to everyone. Keep him where he is!

    The first thing one MUST do to earn parole, is acknowledge that one has committed a crime. Can’t do that? Don’t get out.

    Video was well done. Narration was good. Gentle suggestion - for stories that have a nearby resolution - splice together the hearing plus the result.

    He's cognitive enough to know what he did, that it was incorrect, and victim blame.

    Why does the camera only focus on hearing officer?
    Other channels show the offender as well as hearing officer

    • @PrisonAudio
      @PrisonAudio  9 часов назад

      It depends on the hearing and what state it's in. In Utah they show the officers a lot more than the offenders, it was really bad on this one, Im not sure why they do it but
      unfortunately I can only record what the state shows.

    I seriously doubt they release this man and they should never release him. He has no accountability for his actions at all.

    If he’s insane? And I’m not sure I can tell he’s on drugs meds, or whatever you wanna call them. He’s not stupid. He knew how to answer that question about what he do it again and the answer was no. He’s absolutely a danger to society
