Hi Jim, do you have any explanation about why processing times for I-140 are increasing almost every month, even though the number of petitions has declined when compared with previous fiscal years? E11 has increased from 9-12 months to 14.5-19 months since August, and E21-NIW is not in 14-18 months for processing when it was about 6 months in July. If USCIS workers are back to work since July (more and less), there is a decline in the number of petitions, and the furlough finally didn't happen...I don't really get why processing times have not stopped to increase. I just can't see light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for your videos and support to the immigrant community
That's what I told you before. They approved I 130, then we file for adjustment of status I 485, later they sent an NIT( Notice of Intent to Revoke) Then we submitted some paperwork but USCIS didn't get convinced, so they revoked I 130 and denied I 485 and put removal procedures.
Hi Jim, I got a mail from Embessay saying that my F1 visa has been revoked. Recently, I got arrested for DUI, and after that, I defended my case, and I was not convicted. The embassy mails me when I was got arrested and now I am not convicted. will they cancel my Revocation or do I need to do something to get back my visa?

Today.....I sent to the following short email to the DNC. Ok, where is the #1 priority on immigration?? Foreign spouses of U.S. Citizens should have #1 priority because they are married to U.S. Citizens....and those U.S. Citizens are paying taxes to the U.S. government!! Do U.S. Citizens have to live overseas for the rest of their lives just to save their marriages? We should not have to choose between America and our marriages. I need to hear that Biden will make it easy for U.S. Citizens to bring our foreign spouses to the U.S. to live and work with us. Congress and the senate need to support and pass the American Families United Act, H.R. 8708.
I got an R2 visa approval from February 2020 to June 2020 because of the age limit (21 years), Before it expired, in may I file for two COS one for a student visa (F1) and the second for a B1/B2 (June - December) to extend the time pending my F1 approval. I got advice that I should wait for my B1/B2 before I file for any other thing, I am worried about the time the F1 visa will be approved I read online that I need to be in status at least 30 days to the resumption of the semester of the F1 isn't approved, What can I do?
Hello, thanks for detailed explanation, would like to discuss my concern if you ok with it- I recently received NOID for my i140 for EB3. Noid was for inability to pay. My situation is, a new company formed july 2020, i got approval of h1b in may 2021, Filed i140 a month after h1b approval in June 2021, and received NOID inability to pay. The company had negative tax filing due to being new company. Have already received 1employee i140 in feb 2021. but mine is noid. My question what options i have to response this NOID for successful approval. The company net asset is $0. I am being paid more than prevailing wage. Planing to responding back with more paystub-- is that the only option i have. do i have any other alternative. i appreciate your suggestion to gain approval. thanks for suggestion.
