DBL Design Spare Tire Options

We have three options for the spare tires now on DBL Design Trucks.
Our first option for a rear swing away spare that you can unload yourself. This whole system is incorporated with our rear winch mount/hitch. A 25,000 pound capacity 3 inch receiver with twin mounting surfaces for a @torklift_international camper stabilizer set. The swing system has a locking arm so that you can let the tailgate down with the spare tire attached and haul lumber or something. It has @rigidindustries flush mount back up lights with 2950 lm each. It comes with a quad shackle mount, lighted license plate mount, seven pin connector for towing. It also comes with enough room for a 16.5 synthetic @warnindustries Winch mount or a 12.5 synthetic. The swing away spare is incorporated into the Winch/hitch which is removable and fits a 42 or 44 inch tire no matter the brand. The rear back up camera is relocated in the middle of the tire. The swing down system is designed and developed and tested by @dbldesign
The second option is a strap and bolt system that is removable with no extra holes needing to be drilled into the bed. It still allows you to have a flat space to haul a sheet of plywood if you want to remove your spare. You can also tow any gooseneck but I do believe you should watch your corners. A fifth wheel will be pretty difficult to tow. However we figured this takes the least amount of space on the rearview if you don’t have a toolbox. It is simply tested and Engineer to take the load up to a to G impact. And it’s simply bolts into the truck with simple nuts and screws that come with it. It will be Powder coat in Matt black and ready to receive a 42 or 44 inch spare tire.
Our 3rd option is the under-frame spare. This dismounts under the frame and directly under the flatbed. It is no wider than the flatbed and misses the driveshaft with a 42 inch tire. It is a cable crank system with a common ratchet and socket to lift the tire off the ground. #supersingles #sparetiremount #severeduty #sparetirecarrier #supersingle
