This is not doing well as a barb tho. Barb does 160B ruptures and 2B DoTs twice per second. On top of that this works only on bosses with adds, same as Sorc but weaker.

Still waiting for when they will nerf the most OP Passive Key: Gushing Wounds and take away immortal tempering with Guttural Yell and Martial Vigor. But of course, Blizzard will do the opposite and will increase the bleed time, will give aspect to Perma Berserking, and Grandpapa will get 100% buff. On top of everything Polearms will get Vulnerable damage and 50% damage increase from 10% to 15%. Other classes will get Nerf/bug fixing with their Passive Keys (Victimize, Shadowblight, etc) and DR Nerfs (FlameShield, Grizzly Rage, etc). This is Barblo IV.

don't switch to this unless you have the ridiculously high gear requirements, basically need almost all GAs and triple crit masterwork, otherwise dmg is shocking. Couldn't even do t100 nightmare dungeon effeciently whereas my andarial flurry rogue blows everything up.

Disclamer: THIS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Especially, if you are coming from heartseeker rogue. It has the fraction of utility and its tenfolds more punishing on screwups. Every miss with the penshot at higher tiers will costs you precious seconds, or lives. The melee basic attack is almost unplayable for most people. Switching to bow and heartseeker can help you with staying alive and have more crowd control. This build is for trial and error hight tier pushes. It won't make your farming experience less of a chore.
i wish i saw that coment earlier! I tryed it out, and i switched back to heartseeker.. Every bad positioning and damage that wont crit is severly punishing u!
@@MrBlackwing83 keep at it. It is worth it. This was the hardest build to master but is incredibly fun. Also you can change aspects on it a lot and have many possibilities.
I agree that the double dipping exploits should be removed, from all classes not just rogues, but then they should be buffed equally as much to leave them at the same power level as before the exploit
@@lilredthabest Yep, right now you are getting your 1600%+ vuln dmg on the skill, then 1600%+ vuln dmg on victimize proc that also uses the skill dmg as a base. And what do we get for that nerf? 50% on the key passive. Like that is going to help anyone but barbs lol
@MyN0N4M3 Victimize isn't even double dipping. That is just how the passive works, buff your vuln damage, and it does more damage. I don't get why everyone is complaining so much. The skill does more damage to vulnerable enemies per your vuln damage, and victimize procs and multiplies off of vuln damage. It wasn't even broken. It was how it worked....
I don't see the logic behind the tempering of the pants. He has +2 Trick attack, but he doesn't have that passive in his abilities. Or am I confusing it with something else?

So let me get this straight. I’m seeing test videos and test builds. That Blizzard watches and nerfs the build into the ground? Why post the build then? You can’t use it out of test right?
I love pen shot but this build is NOT fun. Even with full endgame gear, its extremely painful to try and "clear" areas, and instead you're stuck hunting for champion packs. The melee basic attack and overall playstyle is very punishing and overall feels really clunky, but you are rewarded with HUGE damage when you do land everything. IMPORTANT - THIS BUILD IS SPECIFICALLY FOR PIT PUSHING, NOT SPEEDCLEARING.
Honestly I wondered the same, then I saw some chinese guy that I was trading an item with and inspected him. He had everything masterworked 8/12 and had 4 GA and all crit rolls on his gear. So not only did he have gear that was worth literally hundreds of billions of gold, he also has somehow broken the game by masterworking everything into crits with not even fully reaching masterworkin cap. Not wondering anymore how these ppl reach these numbers. Last week I tried pen shot with all 12/12 masterworked, best tempers, 1-2 GA on everything and +6 Pen shot etc, I did a 101 pit with almost the exact build that is linked here on this vid and it was absolutely miserable, to a point that I salavaged all pen shot gear and went straight back to heartseeker.
The fact he says every class needs a nerf when they do well but doesn't say a word about Barb is why people shouldn't follow him. He once in a video had the audacity to say (I wanna say in season 2). When Blizzard said they where going to balance something with Barb. His response was ughhhhh I dont know if I agree that Barb is broken......

Still playing and pushing Heartseeker rogue. Have Most good gear so i wont Stop there. Did 131 already without even really trying hard. Im sooo Happy that finally rogues my Main class are blasting. I remember at the start of the season Guys were saying the only reason to so a rogue is to Temper crit so Here are we now pushing 145 heartseeker and pen Shot doing 150. Just awesome and victimize wont Double Dip thats true but it gets +50× DMG and i think that is more than enough to make Up for that. Could even be that it will be Stronger than at the Moment. Rogues will Tank Eversthing. Dark shrouds already pretty strong with the buff it will be even sicker. Anyways Heartseeker is so far my absolute favorite build Just so much fun to blast with it. And i usually feel very Happy that Barbs are so strong. I dont really Care that much If they can get 300k Life or so. But its Kind of breaking the Game in some cases. Looking Forward to s5 for me as a rogue Main it will be a Lot of fun i think but im having fun atm in s4 too. Just a sick season and the Pit is a very nice Motivation for me

I understand your point because I was following the original creator for my Flay Barb then saw Rob released a new video saying see my flay build in my description to do billions of damage. good to see i built a pen shot so I could level and temper for my barb and it was actually pretty fun so might give it a shot since I've min maxed my barb.
Why? Thats arbitrary. And when they break something accidentally that trivializes the max pit level peope will use it and complain that theres nothing to do, game too easy etc.
Nerfing is saving the game. This is escalating with uncapped multipliers, double dipping and bugs. On top of that uncapped things create a really unhealty gearing that makes you brick items since every item needs the same stat, and without a cap an item that got something useful but not that exact stat is automatically bricked.
@@Mike-om4tv They are actually making Pit easier to farm at higher levels. Number 150 wasn't the point. I'm ok with lvl 100 pit as well. The point was to make all classes/skills/builds boosted to similar damage/survivability etc levels and let me chose what build I want to have fun with. I have most fun with Rogue heartseeker build so far and I did Necro, Sorc, Barb and Rogue different builds. But I have most fun with heartseeker and destroying that build sux. I'm fine with fixing bugs, double dipping etc but don't destroy the build. Boost the skill damage or paragon or w/e else to make it comparable to other top builds.

Anything that's not Barb related from this dude should be completely disregarded. I cringe through every one of his Druid videos because he has no clue what he's talking about. His last one was presented as "the next big thing" for Druids and it was footage of 2 different builds and the math equals out to about a 30% nerf, barring any new unique that is just absolutely cracked.

Maybe this is one of those builds you need good gear for. I just tried this with my newly 100 rogue and got splatted on all 4 walls.

Cn planner is being updated daily so u might see differences therefore I recomend u track the Cn Planner its only getting better by day,,,

how will penetrating shot damage fair when there are no ads on boss? because pen shot have extra 10% dam each enemy it go through.

I love pen shot but this build is NOT fun. Even with full endgame gear, its extremely painful to try and "clear" areas, and instead you're stuck hunting for champion packs. The melee basic attack and overall playstyle is very punishing and overall feels really clunky, but you are rewarded with HUGE damage when you do land everything. IMPORTANT - THIS BUILD IS SPECIFICALLY FOR PIT PUSHING, NOT SPEEDCLEARING.

Honestly I wondered the same, then I saw some chinese guy that I was trading an item with and inspected him.
He had everything masterworked 8/12 and had 4 GA and all crit rolls on his gear.
So not only did he have gear that was worth literally hundreds of billions of gold, he also has somehow broken the game by masterworking everything into crits with not even fully reaching masterworkin cap.
Not wondering anymore how these ppl reach these numbers.
Last week I tried pen shot with all 12/12 masterworked, best tempers, 1-2 GA on everything and +6 Pen shot etc, I did a 101 pit with almost the exact build that is linked here on this vid and it was absolutely miserable, to a point that I salavaged all pen shot gear and went straight back to heartseeker.
The fact he says every class needs a nerf when they do well but doesn't say a word about Barb is why people shouldn't follow him.
He once in a video had the audacity to say (I wanna say in season 2). When Blizzard said they where going to balance something with Barb. His response was ughhhhh I dont know if I agree that Barb is broken......

Exactly. If he is going to do that, he should start with Barbs. If he did that, it would at least be respectable. This whining and bias comes off like a bratty kid who is worried someone else's toy might be cooler than theirs.
@@kennyhouser3467 I play Barb and it even gets under my skin he sends nerf feedback about other classes. I will never get to experience the real frozen orb hydra build because of him and a few others.
In facts, anyone can go find out, in the cosmetic shop, which class with the most sales, then that may be explain why certain class always get the loves from Blizzard business point of view?

Why is this build running moonrise and expectant? There almost no damage from the basic so it's just there to generate and provide 20% attack speed?

I remember at the start of the season Guys were saying the only reason to so a rogue is to Temper crit so Here are we now pushing 145 heartseeker and pen Shot doing 150.
Just awesome and victimize wont Double Dip thats true but it gets +50× DMG and i think that is more than enough to make Up for that. Could even be that it will be Stronger than at the Moment.
Rogues will Tank Eversthing. Dark shrouds already pretty strong with the buff it will be even sicker.
Anyways Heartseeker is so far my absolute favorite build Just so much fun to blast with it.
And i usually feel very Happy that Barbs are so strong. I dont really Care that much If they can get 300k Life or so.
But its Kind of breaking the Game in some cases.
Looking Forward to s5 for me as a rogue Main it will be a Lot of fun i think but im having fun atm in s4 too.
Just a sick season and the Pit is a very nice Motivation for me

I understand your point because I was following the original creator for my Flay Barb then saw Rob released a new video saying see my flay build in my description to do billions of damage. It's also really annoying when people call for nerfs on other builds that aren't as strong as Barbarians ruining the fun of those builds that people grind to even stand a chance against Barbarians.
To bad pen shot is so bad to play. It forces u to always make sure ur spot on because of how small the area of damage for it is. It might as well be signal target

Nerfing is killing the fun. Every build should be able to do at least 150 Pit with min-maxed challenging Pit 200.
Why? Thats arbitrary. And when they break something accidentally that trivializes the max pit level peope will use it and complain that theres nothing to do, game too easy etc.
Nerfing is saving the game. This is escalating with uncapped multipliers, double dipping and bugs. On top of that uncapped things create a really unhealty gearing that makes you brick items since every item needs the same stat, and without a cap an item that got something useful but not that exact stat is automatically bricked.
@@Mike-om4tv They are actually making Pit easier to farm at higher levels. Number 150 wasn't the point. I'm ok with lvl 100 pit as well. The point was to make all classes/skills/builds boosted to similar damage/survivability etc levels and let me chose what build I want to have fun with. I have most fun with Rogue heartseeker build so far and I did Necro, Sorc, Barb and Rogue different builds. But I have most fun with heartseeker and destroying that build sux. I'm fine with fixing bugs, double dipping etc but don't destroy the build. Boost the skill damage or paragon or w/e else to make it comparable to other top builds.

Fixing bugs and double dipping is fine but not fixing/boosting damage or survivability at the same time is as equally bad. That's why they are not doing it during season. Destroying builds is not fun. How many players play Druid compared to other classes? Unhinged and stupid nerfing destroys the game.
@@marsovac Nerfing is not saving anything stupid, nobody wants nerfs and when it happens people quit playing that class or the game entirely, it needs to be fixed where it can do this damage without it being a bug, and yes every build needs to be able to do pit 150 as that will give many build options and not force me to play a single strong build.

Anything that's not Barb related from this dude should be completely disregarded. I cringe through every one of his Druid videos because he has no clue what he's talking about. His last one was presented as "the next big thing" for Druids and it was footage of 2 different builds and the math equals out to about a 30% nerf, barring any new unique that is just absolutely cracked.
To be fair here, rob has made jokes of barbs not being able to read, all they know is bonk and spin.

I hit upwards of 70 mil having exploit and malice on your amulet helps a lot
