Epilogue
Box Club Leader, Dev, Karabas, King Sombra, Queen Chrysalis and The Storm King all find themselves in Hell due to their deaths. They are greeted by Chief Bourgeois and The Devil who issue an ultimatum to all of those who have perished as a result of the war: Submit to Viy and be guaranteed a return to the mortal realm if they help defend the Underworld from Aku's impending invasion or face immediate death. Box Club Leader and Sombra refuses to cooperate but Chrysalis, Dev, Karabas and Storm King along with Chernomor, Padishah and Raja all pledge their loyalty to Viy. (suggested by Logan Dupay)
At the same time, Black Hat and Samhain return to the rest of Aku's syndicate with the unfortunate news of El Malefico being killed by Viy. However, the festive mood is cut short when Koschei's Alliance appears and reveal that there is a mole among the Shogun of Sorrow's inner circle that has been working for the Deathless Man from the very beginning. Having failed to free Verminious Snaptrap in addition to watching several members of his own "Pack" die, Toffee entertains the thought of making peace with Lion but decides against it. When Discord mentions how he is aligned with Aku and Skeletor, King Andrias suggests that they are what Toffee needs to take down those pesky animals. Just as Toffee was about to make such a decision, No Heart appears before them with a similar proposal: Help F.O.W.L take down Sigismund and accept Doofensmirtz as the new ruler of Europe and in return, he will assist Toffee in taking out Lion. Tempted by a fellow magic expert coming to him instead of vice versa, Toffee agrees to No Heart's offer. (suggested by Logan Dupay)
Magica De Spell regenerates Flaky the Snowman in exchange for an alliance. The Snowman accepts (suggested by Luckyhill)
Shredder's Alliance recruits Doofensmirtz's Alliance.
Bill Cipher, Skeletor, Father and Vlad Masters recruits V.V Argost, Valmont, Shendu and Leshen.
Toffee recruits Lord Marmoo.

Soyuzmultfilm Villains vs Cartoon Villains War Round 12 Prologue Suggestions:
Returning to the rest of their syndicate after the brief encounter with Koschei, Aku, Black Hat and Samhain inform Alastor, Bill Cipher, Demona, Enchantress, Father, Flaky The Snowman, HIM, The Homunculi, Leshen, The Lich, Microbus, Mr. Puzzles, Rob, Shapokylak, Shendu and Trigon that there is a mole amongst them. Outraged that even he has been outsmarted yet again, Bill scolds Vlad Masters for stabbing all of them in the back and kicks him out of the syndicate with help from Microbus.
Koschei and his group stumble upon Tugarin Snake and the Mongols. Out of sympathy, the Deathless one agrees to let the Mongols join his group in exchange for Tugarin getting all of the Middle East and Asia should they win the war.
Polish King Sigismund learns of Doofensmirtz forming a truce with Shredder. He is rightfully annoyed that all of his enemies are coming together even with Ultrom Shredder and his group returning to reassure the king that they intend to remain loyal to him.
Returning to the CGI Universe to calm down, Bill Cipher regroups with Karai who introduces her new master to Dr Blowhole, a dolphin whose interests align with the triangle's.
During a meeting with The Illuminati, Xanatos is warned by the danger Koschei possesses should he and his Deathless army win. Xanatos reassures them that he will handle such a threat when the time comes.
Phantom Blot informs Doofensmirtz and the rest of their alliance that the Snow Queen is expecting him to provide aid with her war against the Fire Nation. No Heart reassures both Doof and Shredder that he will accompany Phantom Blot on such a vital mission resulting in Shego deciding to tag along due to needing a break from Drakken.

Koschei should not be losing until the very end. Him losing to Alastor just feels unneccessary
