This lava build with this tier set seems so fun on this boss. Can’t wait til farm when I can swap to ele for council and see how long it takes for my WF group to notice. Been really enjoying watching the dungeon gameplay too always gotta show love to the ele gamers

and can you explain please why did you cast frost shock 4 times in a row?
the new build is very fun, but id stick with lightning until you have full 4p from the new raid.
i only take icefury to move down the talent tree, in this fight ill have unlimited access to lava burst, so i only use icefury once to generate some marlstrom on pull before i have all my flame shocks set up and start pumping. in single target you actually use it though.
Hey. Back when i played Elemental Shaman, i remember alot of abilities had a casting time. But when i look at your video, iit seems like allmost everything you cast is instants. Did that change at any point, or ?
Seems very different (and fun) than when i played Ele.
this fight is a bit of a perfect situation for elemental. with lightning builds in previous seasons you hardcast much more than you do now with fire build. we have so much more access to lava surges and using earth shock instead of elemental blast (when necessary) feels much better.
on this fight i basically have infinite lava bursts because of a combination of flame shock on 3 targets, primordial wave, and deeply rooted elements, and surge of power reducing fire ele cd.
So i had to switch on resto shaman to ele but i rly dont understand the playstyle it looks like i had so much spells but every guide tell my i should cast lavaburst so i dont know when to use all the other spells.
think of icefury and lightning bolt as filler spells when you dont have lava burst. icefury / frost shock has a higher prio than lightning bolt, but they should both just be used to generate maelstrom when you dont have lava bursts.

hey man bit of an odd question, on ele shammy and only ele, my games is performing terrible, constant stuttering and just low FPS, any idea how or why?
probably a really shitty resource hogging ele weakaura that you are using. If its just ele and nothing else
yeah if i had to guess youve got a broken weakaura or something
There is an addon you can get called Addon Usage that works like a task manager. You will have to enable CPU tracking I think in the app settings and turn it off after you’re done but it will help you find the problem. My issue happened to be ELVUI and its plugins once I added it on top of my Weak Auras and Details. I’d love to find a lighter version of details in the future as well.
WoW uses your CPU more than your GPU. Keep that in mind when you’re weeding stuff out.

How do you get that zoom this far out?
i believe theres a setting in game that lets you adjust max camera zoom
There’s a setting in LeatrixPlus that allows you to zoom out further and I think there’s also a chat command you can type in game
