I just noticed: that image is from Warhammer 40K. The lady is an Imperial Saint, most likely Saint Celestine. Doing exactly what she's suppossed to; give hope to the men and women of the Imperium in their darkest hours.

The woman in question here is Saint Celestine from the Warhammer 40k universe. She tends to pop up when the Imperium of Man is in dire needs. She shows up, changes the tide of battle, fights, and then when the battle is over, she disappears again.
