I explained you that in your other comment. There is no format to save highlighting and bookmarks unfortunately. Sorry about that :)

after reopen the file the highlight of the text is disapper

Oh dear, I have I have explained this in my video that the highlighting in Notepad++ is always temporary and meant to be for development and debugging your code type of thing. Since, it is always a text file editor, so it doesn't help storing any other information in .txt files. Hope that explains your query :-)
