Depends on where. I only knew the section between Nashville and Lebanon. Besides the Music City Star commuter trains that you can find a timetable for, NE03 runs daily between Lebanon to Nashville and return. It leaves Lebanon after the last commuter train arrives at the yard and runs to Nashville, drops their train, gets cars to go to Lebanon, and leaves. The turnaround is pretty quick.
