Billy Lee! Thank you!
Wow ! HUGE covered freight wagons in 1, 2 & 3 set prairie schooner rigs, with 16 MULE hitches...Jacks, Jennies, Johns & Hennies--ain`t we got FUN !!! Thanks for sharing !
If you have trouble sleeping, watch this thing. Quite a bit of singing for your added enjoyment.
A very good old movie
love old movies
'What ever happened to Randolph Scott?' Listen to the song and you'll enjoy him even more! He's one of the best of all time cowboys and that's saying something in the company of a guy like John Wayne!!!.
He changed his name to Tom Selleck
I loved it. And to the person who said there was too much singing, what other entertainment did they have in those days? I'll watch any movie with Randy Scott in it. Thanks for sharing this one.
Me to , Scott is the best. I just brought the Warner Archive collection with five of his movies.
If there was ever a Zane Grey western that was a dud, this one isn't it. If Randolph Scott ever turned in a bad performance in a western, I've yet to see it. I love a western where the baddie wears a black hat, and I also love a western where the taciturn stranger and the leading lady start off on the wrong foot. This one has it all and the good guy gets the beautiful woman in the end.
Love Gail Patrick....... poor girl rarely got casted in a lead. But she did pretty well for herself in Television as a producer.
Those have got to be the LARGEST Prarie schooners I have EVER seen!!!
I'd bet the BIG freight wagon, w/the 2 extra wagons in tow, had to be 18', maybe 20' tall!!!!
