The sell off in NVDA is definitely overdone. Its now trading below its 10 year P/E average, while at its 50 week SMA, and at historical oversold conditions. One thing that definitely needs to be addressed is the false reporting going on. The reiteration of 5.6 million dollars is false. This total does not encompass other significant costs such as research and development, employee salaries, or infrastructure overheads. Overblown and misreporting at its finest.

If you honestly believe that chatbot's and LLM's are the pinnacle of AI then really its not worth trying to get into any deeper convo's here. Consumer market's are for sure going to suffer here but as AI becomes AGI and applications expand and scale....yuh. Have fun with your temu chatbots though
Stock price is stock price, try to tie that to real product/company is a fool's game. My opinion is the meteoric rise of Nvidia is due no small part to speculation and leveraging. Once margin call and deleverage happen, things get ugly real fast and furious.
Dan, does this whole scenario make sense to you? Really? If your investment strategy is to bet against Nvidia, Meta, Microsoft, and Alphabet, then I don’t know what to tell you, except you’re an emotional investor. Also, Nvidia is bigger than just LLMs; it’s the future of automation robotics and Gen-AI that’s still in its infancy.
Cheapseek claims to have used a $99 NVDA chip iso a $30K Blackwell to run. It must be annoyingly slow but seems possible. To what extent does it affect the huge spending on AI infrastructure?

Why is this guy talking about recommender algorithms from Meta in the same vein as GenAI models coming down in cost to run? Dude, recommender algos are not inferenced on the same chips as GenAI models.
Dan is just pattern matching, and so desperately wants NVDA to turn out like CSCO, but he’ll be wrong because he has no actual insight into the AI or chip market.
It's difficult to trust these talking heads when you know have the time they pump a stock when they own it, then slam the company in order to make it more affordable to buy.
This Dan Niles guy is so phony. When he isn’t in a stock, he trashes it, listing all the problems. When he is in, he praises it. Remember he said AAPL should be traded below market multiple early last year, then he bought it after the stock went much higher? Msft’s 80 billion is not the same as capex. Nvda’s expected growth is not 50%, the revenue is already approaching 40 billion per quarter run rate.

DeepSeek was common knowledge since November. Zuck gave DeepSeek a big FU Friday announcing ACCELERATING Meta datacenter capex to $65 Billion. You must've forgot, Dan lol. Still not selling Nvidia. 😌
Once again Dan Niles is completely wrong again Nvidia...
Stock rebounded 8.8% today...
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
The way he dyes his hair makes him look fake. So many of these money guys seem to do that. I think they feel it makes them look smarter and more experienced.
it's not a Snap filter?? 😮
Imagine the model High Flyer has not released
The sell off in NVDA is definitely overdone. Its now trading below its 10 year P/E average, while at its 50 week SMA, and at historical oversold conditions.
One thing that definitely needs to be addressed is the false reporting going on. The reiteration of 5.6 million dollars is false. This total does not encompass other significant costs such as research and development, employee salaries, or infrastructure overheads. Overblown and misreporting at its finest.
you might want to start looking for a job
DeepSeek is the clear winner. Absolutely crushed its rivals in the US.
Somebody in China paid full price for those 50k GPUs. China dictates what news is released to the world. They can’t be trusted.
The Lord showed me this path and now He's guiding me further))Thank you Lord From $10K to $110K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family...
Please how do I go about it, am still a newbie on investment trading and how can I make profit?

We will see about that....... There was a Tech Bubble and there will be an AI Bubble. I'd be very surprised if this is a 1-day, 600B sell off!
What do you expect from a guy who historically underperforms the sp500.
@@markfulmer2135 This is seismic, you are correct.DeepSeek has upended the applecart.
@@iMixMaSteR1 He is correct this time.
please get rid of Niles...terrible insight everytime.
DeepSeek has debunked the AI bubble: you don't need all those billions (and all that hardware) to create an efficient, high-performance AI LLM system.
You need efficient traning algorithms!!
No you need it to create not copy existed
You need efficient code, and the US forgot how to do that.
@ DeepSeek is not a copy, it's a incredible innovation!!
If you honestly believe that chatbot's and LLM's are the pinnacle of AI then really its not worth trying to get into any deeper convo's here. Consumer market's are for sure going to suffer here but as AI becomes AGI and applications expand and scale....yuh. Have fun with your temu chatbots though
overblown. ya think?
I sold everything I own today.
@@243wayne1bad move, DeepSeek operate heavily on Nvidia chips
If you got a profit, I guess still a win
Stock price is stock price, try to tie that to real product/company is a fool's game. My opinion is the meteoric rise of Nvidia is due no small part to speculation and leveraging. Once margin call and deleverage happen, things get ugly real fast and furious.
Naw
Or great earnings.people have been shorting the heck out of nvda and it was still going up.
The stock market is expensive and now we need deepseek to level the field.
Dan is wrong, it’s fun to watch.
Dan, does this whole scenario make sense to you? Really? We already know that you’ve been negative on the best performing companies in the market for a couple of years so you have to have been underperforming. Unless, you are saying one thing and doing another. Either way, the things that you say are not reliable

Stick to Index Funds you will be fine.

He looks like an AI 🤣
Deepseek still uses nvidia chips.
just because its optimized doesn't mean that additional compute isn't useful for test time compute. Its like when people used to say 640k of ram aught to be enough for anyone.
Damn this is scary. Why the f is this just coming out now when it was at Christmas??
Is it me or does Dan look like an AI generated person. 😂. Sorry dude.
Never mind AI, the lighting harnessed on this NPC is brighter than the sun!
He is short $NVDA!
you're not lol
I've been saying for over a year AI models will become a commodity. Most ppl laughed at me till today
Less complex chips, which competitors can easily produce, are more than capable of getting the job done.
i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.
Deepseek released news ,and China markets is closed for the week 😂 .can someone tell me why ?
It' s the New Year celebrations in China
kudos, he got this right and avoided losses, skills
Why is this guy talking about recommender algorithms from Meta in the same vein as GenAI models coming down in cost to run? Dude, recommender algos are not inferenced on the same chips as GenAI models.
Dan is buying the dip
Buy when people are fearful....
BLINKING INTENSIFIES
He has been getting his lunch handed to him by NVDA and mag 7 for so long he will take any opportunity this crap on it
Nvidia back to $140 by end of week
Where and how do i buy XAI308K coin? I keep seeing it everywhere
Ironic, NVIDIA just lost its job Deepseek AI
Dan is just pattern matching, and so desperately wants NVDA to turn out like CSCO, but he’ll be wrong because he has no actual insight into the AI or chip market.

It's difficult to trust these talking heads when you know have the time they pump a stock when they own it, then slam the company in order to make it more affordable to buy.

Talk positive when Stock Pumps. Talk Negative when Stock Dumps. The dialogue from Wall Street bros always follows this pattern. So predictable.

Talking about the internet bubble... Who is here to say: yes, but this time is different? (lol)
Nvda’s expected growth is not 50%, the revenue is already approaching 40 billion per quarter run rate.
if its so easy to approach AGI, if deepseek is already AGI, then we all are not worth than 500 miilion$ training cost??? deepseek is already AGI and smarter than all human beings???🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
