You need to be in live mode to activate the testing cheats code. Also if you are on console (well at least the playstation) the code is testingcheats on and not not testingcheats true
All the commands work for Me and I discovered a few things on my own. The move objects cheat requires a space then the word on to work. Also when in build mode You have to tap the top buttons again to get free move. try different combo's of press the top bars for a variety of move options. The only one I have not been able find or get to work is make large/small.

Something you didn’t show how to do (or I just didn’t notice) is when you clicked a sim and it showed all the options like modify in cas, reset object, cheat need, etc and i forgot how to do it but somehow figured it out but if you don’t know how, you just have to hover over a sim and click a and b button at the same time(on Xbox at least I’m not sure for PlayStation)

For some reason when you activate the fulleditmode cheat it wont appear in the bar at the top, but will still work. Also you do need to be in live mode for the cheat to work

@@RaeRaccoon in the search bar at the bottom. It ended up popping up a lot of stuff but every time I come out of it to add things to build my house I have to retype everything back in but it won't show everything as it did the 1st time I typed in everything.
If you are using the live edit cheat, once you have typed it in go to the search bar click on it and then press right trigger. Hopefully debug stuff should pop up

It won’t let me turn off bills for some reason, the game itself won’t even let me pay em so I figured I’d just disable em but I guess not :(. Just ruined my Achievements for nothing.
When typing the hidden objects cheat make sure your in build mode in the search bar type in Unknown and the hidden objects should show up for me typing the cheat while in build mode works don't know if this helps.
I've got it to work now!! For me I need to go on the search bar but not write anything. I.e enter an empty search and then all the items appear... Also if I use the items by function menu and use the show all sub menu it shows me even more items Which I wouldn't have found

I've watched multiple videos now to try to get the live objects and debug objects on Xbox. It doesn't pull anything up.
Instead of mother load do testing cheats true or on and put that in then type money then whatever amount that you want!

@@RaeRaccoon in the search bar at the bottom. It ended up popping up a lot of stuff but every time I come out of it to add things to build my house I have to retype everything back in but it won't show everything as it did the 1st time I typed in everything.
If you are using the live edit cheat, once you have typed it in go to the search bar click on it and then press right trigger. Hopefully debug stuff should pop up

Here are the steps to follow to use cheats to increase your Sims' skills in Sims 4 console versions:
Press the shoulder buttons (L1 + L2 + R1 + R2) on your controller to open the cheat console.
Type "testingcheats true" into the console and press enter.
Type "stats.set_skill_level [skill name] [level]" into the console and press enter. Replace "[skill name]" with the name of the skill you want to increase (e.g. "major_mischief" for Mischief skill) and replace "[level]" with the level you want to increase the skill to (e.g. "10" for maximum level).
Repeat step 3 for each skill that you want to increase.

@@charmekawynder8387I’m having the same issue my game crashed yesterday everything was working fine for me before that then after I logged back in the cheats say they activate but they aren’t really working for me, I’m done cache resets all that and they still won’t work for me. Biggest one I want is the move objects again I hate this!

If your on PC and it didn’t work try to close out of sims and try again after it helps usually
It won’t let me turn off bills for some reason, the game itself won’t even let me pay em so I figured I’d just disable em but I guess not :(. Just ruined my Achievements for nothing.

She forgot to mention that when the bar pops up in order for the cheats to work you must put testingcheats true before anything ! Hope this helps

Unfortunately on console there are no cheats that allow you to increase the number of sims in a household. Only PC players can do that 😞
I cannot get the hidden objects/debug to work on my ps4
I can't get no cheats to work on ps4 seems very glitch aswell have been searching Internet for couple days now
When typing the hidden objects cheat make sure your in build mode in the search bar type in Unknown and the hidden objects should show up for me typing the cheat while in build mode works don't know if this helps.
I've got it to work now!!
For me I need to go on the search bar but not write anything. I.e enter an empty search and then all the items appear...
Also if I use the items by function menu and use the show all sub menu it shows me even more items
