I needed three of these within a2 week timescale 4 years ago followed by 6 weeks of radiotherapy
Never realised how intricate the surgery was, I needed a structural Gauze like you have for a hernia
Repair because of all the nerve and muscle removed,how lucky ami to still be here

So hard to pick this up in a surgical approach book... This is the closest ive seen to a comprehensible piece of info. Aside from actually performing a neck dissection by oneself of course.
