Psychiatrist takes stand at Vancouver police constable’s death inquest

  • A psychiatrist who treated Const. Nicole Chan the night before her death took the stand at a coroner's inquest today. Chan died by suicide after reporting inappropriate relationships with two senior officers with the Vancouver Police Department.
