Yes. I am a 43 year old woman that colors in color books with colored pencils and listens to someone read me children's books.
And honestly, its pretty awesome

Idk if u read this. But I just want to say thank you for uploading these again. It makes it easier for me to sleep. My mental illnesses makes it hard for me to adapt to new stuff so I haven't been able to find anything else to listen to that makes me feel safe. Now Ive been able to fall asleep again feeling safe and calm. So thank you for making my life easier ❤️
Same. The other people that read sleep stores make me feel anxious because I feel pressured to relax and I can’t. His are so good though, they’re just right. ❤

Roald hated Willie Wonka and particularly disliked Gene Wilder. So much so he wouldn't allow the sequel. Personally I thought Gene was a great WW, better than Johnny D. He played him exactly as I picture him. Understated, sarcastic and sympathetic towards Charlie. Maybe it hasn't aged well but freaked me out as a kid. Thanks for this, I read it years ago and am really enjoying this version.
Timothée Chalomet did a fantastic job emulating a young Willy in Gene's style imo. I loved it!!
I don't know if you take suggestions but I think it be neat to do a reading of breakfast at tiffanys with rain sounds or the school for good & evil

Love this reading and your voice. 🥰 When it shifted to the rain it woke me up. The rain sounds sharp and aggressive, like it’s landing on tin foil. A softer sounding rain would make it more soothing. 💛
I like the sound of the rain. Some of his readings I struggle to hear it so most nights I listen to Charlie so between his voice and the rain, I can count on falling asleep quickly

I can actually hear the rain!! Thank you so much. There’s so many sleep story channels with rain, but I can never hear the rain unless I turn it up really loud. But I can’t since I don’t want to wake my husband (I can’t use ear phones, they bother me). When I close my eyes, the rain sounds like it’s hitting my window panes. When I was little I fell asleep to this book. But thear was someone in the closet my brother got killed my mom got killed but there was a gun in my dad’s room I ran to my dads room and I killed the guy and I’m now listening to this whith my new family also I love this book💗💗💖💓💞💘💝🥰
