You know... the village my parents lived in, a company tried to build a fuel storage there. The protest from everyone in the village was insane, they fought it till the last moments and stopped it from being built, FOR EXACTLY the reasons shown in your video. Fuel stores and stores of materials that are high explosive should be 10-15 miles from any city or built up area. Do not let idiots build this stuff near where you live. Its an accident waiting to happen, not a should, could or might be, its GOING to happen at somepoint.
Totally agree with you but here's the other thing... a lot of cargo trains carry super dangerous volatile stuff... years ago my brother became a Hazmat volunteer in case there should ever be an accident , crash or explosion Etc .. because the back end of our neighborhood had those trains passing through... I never even thought twice about what would happen if they were carrying dangerous substances and had an accident in our area until my brother told me about volunteering to help with the cleanup should that ever happen .

I honestly have no idea, but i'd love to know too. Would be great if someone could fly over there with a drone again. I don't see any apartments there, and to me it looks like a park indeed. Looks like a memorial site where that crater used to be. Either way, a nice change from that industrial look for sure. I wish someone had filmed that process of change from these huge towers nearby.

the gas pipe lines underneath erupted and form a huge fireball as nuclear bomb detonation. the main explosive material is the gas, not the waste chemicals.

Doesn't look too much different except for the lack of workers bagging up contaminated dirt. However, I did see what looked like some construction in the area. Is that part of this park they're supposed to eventually build?
Its quite a bit different if you've seen my other video. They pretty much dug deep and excavated a large part of several different places on that site.
