Just a quick note from the coding side of these games, when you increase the speed you actually reduce the amount of registered shots on target. When speed increase happens it has trouble reading every shot from ever gun so it skips some to keep frame rate high and the game staying smooth. If your ever struggling with this type of games slow the game speed down.
Why not use two network towers at either end of a lane with gravity towers to slow them down why they burn everything to death. Then maybe use that plasma guy that strips defense at the beginning of that lane so they travel it with lowered defence.
Mass drivers cost a ton of power to be infinite range, and as you see he was being ambushed by flyers, so i think it's super fun and balanced still, you can have silly and still think it's balanced

Matt if you like TD games you definetly gotta try Bloons TD 6, it's just beautiful. Lots of maps, towers and different powerups you can mix, and all incredibly balanced. I mean, you own monkeys who pops bloons with darts.
I feel like, more so in RCE's case even to other gamer careers, one of his main goals/ found out he loved it so much...was bc he set his inner child FREEE like most free man in murica

You are right, it should read something like "Can reach enemies outside it's targeting range", which doesn't apply to other towers.
