the only time I had this on the meter i did a 149.7 at 25 with a single skar 3500 im currently pushing 2 sound digital 12ks wired to .67 havent had it metered yet keeps breaking my doors
Very nice. 2 years ago, my wife wanted to do a budget type build. We bought 6 of the BAMF-152 subs, on a deal at $130 each sub. We ran 4 of them, in a 6th order on an 8k in her Honda..kept 2 of them for spares, just in case. It was pretty damn nasty, and was quite windy. I cannot complain about those subs, at all. Way better then those MOFO subs, especially since they went to smaller coils years ago. We sold the vehicle to a local guy, earlier this year...and he still drives it daily, with no issues. We squeezed a 153 out of it in a burp..light clipping..but a 151.7 on music all day. Very Nice build...and good luck on the rebuild.
Need to make shirts that say part of the 150 db club. Like they use to do with bench press poundages-300 pound bench club. I ve been wanting to play around with some bamfs since they seem to be poweracoustik flagship or best subwoofer they have. Do the Bamfs play 40 hertz on down very well or is the sound a little off? I've just heard people say the gothics are very good for low lows but decent for hard hitting 50 to 70 hertz range of bass. I know a lot of it is the box, but first you have to have a sub capable of what it says it can do for frequency response.
@@mattsnider5904 BAMF subs will play low, sure. A local guy has two 15's in and enclosure I built him, and it is 5.15 cubes net, tuned to 28hz. Plays down to 25 and up to around 50 well.
thanks for all the positive comments but soon to change this setup did a 150 at 25 at the end of the day on only one of those amps also the last half of this demo was with 2 12k and was time for a sub upgrade
So do you think you would gain a few dbs over the gothics? The bamfs do handle more wattage. They do look like they are solidly constructed for maximum boom. I like to see underdogs killing the competition. Good video homeboy!!!

I meant gothics are not good for lower frequencies from what other people have said. Not sure if that is totally true.

Bamfs come through in the clutch for non break the bank Bass! Right on! I need to check them out. Maybe a rockville destroyer as well.
Them bamfs gettin on down though proof positive that in the right enclosure any sub can shine
