WHAT ARE THE ODDS!!!! I am literally redesigning the BoB website and it’s my first ever case study too!!!! Currently at the stage of creating IA and wireframes of possible UIs’!!! Huh it’s nerve wrecking and at right time this vid got uploaded 😭 It might take longer than two weeks! Makes me feel nervous too🐒
The name string truncation and icon is the stuff that designers today need to know about. Thanks for enlightening.❤ Some doubts, 1. The current account card although designed well but in the UI hierarchy it doesn’t feel that switching account would switch balance and transaction details too. Maybe because current balance is taking lot of attention. 2. Furthermore can not tell how can I get to see combined balance? 3. Also, which card is used for which transaction would have been nice feature to add, would be beneficial for people whose children are using parent’s card. 4. And maybe instead of showing “?” We can show first letter of merchant like A for Amazon, that way with a glance user can quickly see.

I don't think Bank apps are need to be redesigned much, because of the following reasons: 1. The current users will need to pull their hairs while interacting with the new UI. 2. @AnshMehra at 17:02 you can intoduce a button that allows me the choice of whether I just want to see my transaction history or not, sometimes the user just want to see the balance and not the hidtory, you can always add a choice to it. So the transaction history just does not come to my face even when I am checking my balance
