Great video! just came back froM Kyrgistan two days ago. What a wonderful trip. Fairly untouched still. I guess it’s kind of hard to share travel experience with family and friends back home when they haven’t been there or seen it with their own eyes, because pictures don’t do the atmosphere nor the moment of being there justice. Don’t mean to sound cocky . Loved the „sauna“ with the hot „shower“ at the yurt camp at tash Rabat. Kel suu was so beautiful , tranquil and vast.
The landscape of Kyrgyzstan just looks incredible! Those wheels on the buses are HUGE. Nothing beats wild camping and being at one with nature like that. I love how you are just completely surrounded by nature. The timelapse at 2:28 blew my mind. Absolutely gorgeous! Looks pretty chilly though, haha! Wow, snow in August huh? Crazy.
The landscapes here are just out of this world! It is still so untouched and wild 😀 We really love this country and it is an ideal camping destination. We needed a bus with big wheels indeed because we had to drive through rivers and mud to get to our final destination. That snow surprised us but that's how it is in the mountains here, you just never know 😂
The countryside is so beautiful but the weather would make me crazy lol. This is drone paradise! The footage looks so good! That's a feast at the end :) Looks pretty good, love this vlog & Would love to take part in of these tours one day, haha!
It would be awesome to have you on one of these tours next year Rob!! Kyrgyzstan is indeed drone paradise. The mountains here are absolutely gorgeous!!
This is pure nature at its finest. Liked your music selection as well during the vlog and your camera is so clear! Makes everything on your trip look so crisp!
Holy shit that sunrise with the mountains... INCREDIBLE. Well done guys. And we agree with Niko how there are moments when it's more important to just be present with yourself and other people than to record, thinking of our youtube channel haha... :)
It's been so hard to balance the time spent behind the camera recording and the time spent actually living those moments, that's why we've been taking a break from RUclips but we're about to make a comeback 😉 Stronger and more committed this time.
This has to be some of the most beautiful landscape I have EVER seen! So similar to New Zealand. I have never even considered visiting Kyrgyzstan but this makes me want to go there so much. Thank you so much for sharing this great vlog.
Absolutely Brilliant awesome in the mountains reminds me of the mountains of Pakistan only greener and the weather changes a lot. Seeing the snow reminded me of the time in the Iranian desert when we slept under the stars only to wake up covered in ice the next morning. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos
We've never been to Pakistan but we just keep hearing how gorgeous the landscape there is!! We'll definitely visit it at one point! Which part of Pakistan have you been to or which part would you recommend? The weather can sure change super quickly in high altitude!
Journal of Nomads Pakistan was amazing I was there in 1990 it is a land of contrasts from desert to rich green valleys. I would go back to the Hunza region especially Gilgit
You're absolutely right, on this trip I didn't have much time as this was an organised tour with visitors but I will definitely interview some locals :)
Wow, the landscape and mountains looks so awesome! The drone shots and time lapse were great as well! These are images that definitely belong on desktop screens or phone wall papers around the world. Gotta say..Wow! Horse milk? LOL
What an experience for sure. I have always wanted to go deep into Asian mountains like this. Looked prestine in the morning when you guys were all just chilling surround by the mountains. Looked pretty cold lol
Hahaha it was gorgeous but cold indeed!! We were all so surprised to get snow in August but I suppose that's what is to be expected while high in the mountains, the weather can be so hard to predict at this altitude.
When we entered Kyrgyzstan from China last year there was still some snow around and we didn't expect it to snow either but we could see a snow storm in the distance outside of Sary-Tash. As always the views are spectacular and the drone shots were beautiful. Looking forward to the next one A LOT!!! Thanks for sharing!
Yeah snow can come totally unexpectedly in Kyrgyzstan, especially in the mountains. Hahaha it always catches us totally off guard. Thanks for watching guys :D We can't wait to meet with you at one point. You guys will love the next one! It's too bad you weren't here for the world nomad games, we hope you'll get to enjoy the event through our lenses.
Amazing idea to organize tours like that! Do you speak the local language? If not, how do you organize the places to sleep and eat? Amazing views, something that humans didn;t destroy
We don't speak the local language but we partnered up with a friend who owns a local tour company. We really had a fabulous time organizing and going on those tours! Kyrgyzstan is a gorgeous country, not many places around the world can compare with it.
Awesome video! Can I know if you guys did stayed overnight by the lake? What's the temperature again? -6 degrees celcius? My friends and I are visiting Kyrgyzstan in August this year and looking at THAT snow, I think we'd better be prepped!
Man those mountain peaks look like they are from another planet... just remarkable. The most underrated travel channel on youtube strikes again!
Thank you so much for the kind words Dan, coming from you it means a lot 😊

Sleeping in a real yourt own by real kyrgyz in Kyrgyzstan eating real kyrgyz food look awesome. How did you manage to be invited there?
These people rent out their yurts to foreigners part of the year to make an extra income, sleeping in a yurt is THe most comfortable experience ever!!
Awesome video! Can I know if you guys did stayed overnight by the lake? What's the temperature again? -6 degrees celcius?
