Rachelle, I absolutely love this video!! That landscape looks breathtaking and that lake looked like it had some great visibility too! Also thank you for sharing your sunset gratitude.
So wholesome to see you enjoying Son Kul this way; I'm excited for your journey and can't wait to see you sharing a tear with us viewres in other beautiful parts of the world 😊
This is such a beautiful vlog about Kyrgyzstan. Thank you, Rachel, for making it so heart-warming and adventurous. Now I am super inspired to take such kind of videos myself😂😊
What a lovely comment!! Thank you so much.😊 And when it comes to making these types of videos yourself, all I can say is go for it! It is quite the journey!
Hellooo , at first, thanks for beautiful videos . I was planning to visit kyrgzstan this summer and made a detailed plan, but probably I won’t. So I postponed my plan to next year. And also, your speech is so understandable , it is kind of english listening course to me 😄 . Anyway I hope I can go there, too . For now, I’m watching all videos
Sometimes, the places that make you feel the way you felt, are always back home, no matter how great other places are. And at the same time, they are so normal that you usually don't even notice them, in the day to day life - excluding the most exceptional places. And these places, you can't take them with you, you can't just be there , you can't fly or hug them or be them. Anyway, i really wanna try those milk based little eggs. Oh and rule #1, good shoes and spare socks, hope you had those too. Did you hike as a kid?
For me there are different types of feeling gratitude. But yeah being home or seeing my family in South Africa gives me that too. And good luck with the kurut, if you ever try them please share your thoughts with me 😂
Interesting video. You’re like my daughter. Now she’s an hiking guide in Northern Italy. But she was also hiking in Canada, Taiwan and the area of the Himalaya. She had high disease in a strong way. Very ugly. You be aware for it. It looks like you had a little. Of course I saw photos/videos of her “actions” but I was happy I didn’t know everything at that moment. Habit of parents.
Wow but it sounds like you have a very adventurous daughter, awesome! But I can understand where you are coming from not wanting to know everything so you don’t always have to worry! Thanks for watching this video again Alex! 😊

Yes, like her father, but I have my limits 🙂
@@alexvrede7516 So cool though! Like father like daughter! :)
Did you take Marshruka to Sonkol or you went with a tour company?
I went with kettik :)

I would advise doing a tour with kettik.kg they have nice options to Son Kul from Bishkek
