Most likely your CPU will be the bottleneck, it won't be able to fully load the 7800XT. Judging by other video tests of this processor in this game, the 10400F will be able to produce about 80-100 fps, which is also a good result.
I used to have a 10400F processor, for example, in Warzone I had a bottleneck with 10400F with GPU RTX 2060 in 1080p. When I switching to 10700K, my fps increased to 50%

Make the switch i got it and iam very happy my old gpu was 3070ti and broke and i got double the frames with the 7800xt

What cooler are you using? my 13600k is reaching 80c in this game with only 120w consumption. Using ak620 deepcool

They did 7nm and ddr 5 same dev cycle it's why it's taking longer than expected uses for ddr5 vs ddr 4 like 16x and growing
