True, My mother used this when I was growing up, it used to be called the Wonderbox, two pillow cases filled with polystyrene that sandwich the pot in a cardboard box. Back then as a kid I thought the box was magical with super powers. She would use it to cook red beans as they took a while to soften on the stove. Let's give her credit for reviving the idea, it works and saves energy especially now. I hope the idea does well.
