    Thank you Triple R Farms, for working so closely with A/U...testing/results, allow proven results. In the long run, it saves the farmer, plus reduces unneeded chemicals. Scouting crops w/ my f-i-l, Dr. William Henry Long III, (LSU, Nicholls State) farmers let LSU run test plots on corn, beans, sugar cane. My f-i-l also worked w/ chemical companies, mainly Shell to scout fields to home in on areas of the fields with threshold numbers and only spray areas needed, here again saving money for the farmer, reducing pesticide over spray. Kudos

    Daniel, check out Ivers Farms video posted today, 8/27, to see the set up they have for getting their river screen in the water. It’s a much steeper bank then yours, but it makes it really easy to get in/out! They have posts, rail with a winch & walkway. And Mr Ivers shows how he built his air bar, compressor, set up that blows all the chaff/debris off his header from a switch in the cab.

    And that was enough for me .
    Guess you must get use to it.
    Have a great weekend, stay safe and cool .

    Triple R Farms gets an “A” for science class today. (27 year high school science teacher here.). Putting the wax on the snouts to reduce the friction coefficient of the corn stalks on the fiberglass is a simple, low cost solution attempt. Yay for taking part in the scientific process for nitrogen application with Auburn University. Good job!

    I can not explain how or why a California Duster really does a fantastic job on harvest windshields but it is fast and easy to use. I always cleaned all the windows at the end of the day(yes I was very tired but in the morning all the windows were clean as the dew had not set the dust). I bought mine at Walmart. I appreciate your videos.

    GREAT Video Daniel ! I really enjoy the "crop comparison per N rate applied" but want to know if AU had the soil differentials or soil types ?... Savana Loam vs. what ever else there is in that area/region... Mark has the grain cart dialed in! It is very interesting that extra N application on not great ground doesn't give yield results. Interesting that my Daddy came to a similar conclusion back in the 60s -70s. He put extra N on the best spots at lay by, not so much on the marginal ground.
    That intro about how everyone contributes was special. I'm sure that the guys appreciate the shout out and their families probably appreciate it even more.

    hi, make an air line - wand setup, hose from compressor to steel brake line about 3 ft long with a little shut-off valve, hook it on the step then you can blow the window clean . quick and easy i am assuming the engine has a compressor on it

    On the air compressor, is your dad flipping the bypass lever on the throttle relief valve controller ? Mine was a booger to start until i discovered the bypass. Takes the pressure of the tanks off of the engine allowing to spin over faster

    You need to replace both sprockets so it doesn't ruin your new chain.

  • @scottlee1211
    @scottlee1211 Год назад

    Daniel that sprocket is probably causing your issues…it is probably skipping teeth…not carrying the load or stress you put on it in harvest mode!! Just looking at the process like a Monday morning quarterback!! 😂😂

  • @artfranz2273
    @artfranz2273 Год назад

    Can’t believe you didn’t order the drive sprocket as well. It’s likely as bad or worse than the driven one that you have. That, and the new chain isn’t going to fit properly on an old sprocket.
