What I liked the most in the clip was how you adjusted the house to be exclusive of all the blocks from that biome. I really like the shader you use, so I wanted to ask you, did you install the shader separately or did you get it already with Optifine 1.19 version.

Yoooo, love this house. I also done this with warped wood and swapping mud bricks and packed mud with prismarine. And covered the mangrove roots in glow lichen. Also did this in birch with deepslate

I love the intro! Thank you for showing us how to build simple starter houses for any type of biome, it helped me a lot when learning how to build a Minecraft house! Do you think you can make a new starter house for the update with the snow? You fall through it unless you crouch which is hard to do in survival mode 😅
Trial and error, I always make a build several times before showing it 😅 I'm sure you'll get the hang of it pretty fast if you keep playing and experimenting with all different blocks 😄🙌

Mangrove wood (and its respective logs) synergizes well with *stained red clay, Granite, and Brick blocks.* however, it does NOT look good when paired up with any other wood besides *Dark Oak. and Acacia.* the location is also imperative; the stuff looks awful in cold environments, plains, Oak/Birch forests, underground bases, and the End but looks amazing in Swamps, Jungles, Beachfronts, Ocean bases, the Nether, Giant Spruce Woodlands, Dark Oak Woods, Badlands, and Savannah Biomes. the roots can be used both as windows, gutter trimming, or as see-through rope-bridges across high areas, and look pretty good if you use Bamboo scaffolding in construction blocks.
It's sad that i'm stocked this wasn't built in creative mode also showing what type of blocks are needed for the build plus how many of each block is something i rarely see in videos like this so grate video
The House is amolst perfect the only 2 downside to it is that its hard to find mangove biomes and u need to get alot of iron but thats not a huge problem for me well kinda because i dont have a house and i decided to make this my first house but atleast i found a mangrove biome and i will be staying at a village while gathering matirials
I have never seen a minecraft build tutorial done in such a way, and honestly i'm surprised because this is really entertaining and informative. Keep up the great work!
Do you have house and floor heights and widths you usually stick to that works for most builds? i.e. First level 4 blocks high, second level 5 blocks high and XYZ width and length?
I tend to like my walls 4 blocks high, but it usually changes from build to build. Fun fact: the initial design for this video was much wider, but I changed it because mangrove trees are a bit of a pain to chop down and this was a starter house video. 😅
All you need is a bit of imagination and you can always terraform a little bit to make the area a bit better 😄 But I've put the seed and coords in the description in case you might want the same location! 🙌
