Killa Season is the fifth album by rapper Cam'ron from Harlem. It came out on May 16, 2006, through Diplomat Records, Asylum Records, and Atlantic Records. Cam'ron was in charge as the executive producer of the album. While it got good reviews, some critics felt the music and themes weren't as strong as Cam'ron's previous album, Purple Haze. Killa Season sold 114,000 copies in its first week, starting at number two on the Billboard 200 chart.

Cameron Ezike Giles, born on February 4, 1976, known as Cam'ron, is an American rapper. He started his career in the early 1990s as Killa Cam. Giles signed with Lance "Un" Rivera's Untertainment, a part of Epic Records, to release his first two studio albums: Confessions of Fire in 1998 and S.D.E. (Sports Drugs & Entertainment) in 2000. Confessions of Fire got a gold certification from the RIAA. After leaving Epic, Giles joined Roc-A-Fella Records in 2001 and released his third studio album, Come Home with Me, the next year. It got platinum certification from the RIAA and produced hits like "Oh Boy" and "Hey Ma." His fourth album, Purple Haze (2004), also did well and received a gold certification from the RIAA.
