What is the fastest way to delete Windows XP?

Quickest method:
1. Open cmd
2. Run this command: reg delete HKLM /f
3. Reboot

Easier way is just boot from the install cd run command and format the drive by typing format c:\.

The objective is to delete windows from within windows, anyone can format a drive with anything and access the files of an NTFS filesystem from any OS that supports it
