- I wrote this song earlier this year for my grandpa. His nickname for me was peachy pie. I sent him a video of me singing it to him when he was really sick. It means so much to me. He was so strong and he was such a big part of our lives. I miss him so much and I would do anything for one more hug. I cant put into words how much he meant to me. I hope you like it.

Holy crap Whitney. This was so beautiful. Even though I have personally never lost my grandparents, I still felt your pain and this made me hug my family extra tight. I have been watching you since I was 8 or 9 and I’m so inspired by the beautiful young woman you are becoming. Songs don’t normally make me emotional, but this one had me in tears from the beginning. Aww I’m crying it reminds me of when I tried singing “You Raise Me Up” the Penatonix version when my Pawpaw was in the Hospital with Covid & then soon to be Rare Skin Cancer Melonomia Sickle Cell Carcinoma all in his Livers & Etc sadly on my Grandmother’s 71st Birthday and day after my First Senior Prom. But I know his in Heaven right now so Proud of me tbh. But I was going to sing it to him in the Hospital for him at 1 of his Low Points just to Cheer him up bc this Song meant a lot to me. He always was their for me We was like Best Friends with Golden Hearts which he gave to me. But he always lifted my Spirits up when I felt Down or simply Overwhelmed with something like Anxiety, Social Anxiety, being Shy, or struggling with PDD which I’m all somewhat Better now. But I was so close to having the Opportunity but didn’t get to unfortunately but I know 1 Day I’m wanting to do some Songs on Piano, Alto Sax, & just to Simply Sing at Church for him, my Grandmother, & my Church in General as well. But I love to learn & play Songs for Everyone it going to something Sad like Deaths use them as Honors & Dedications as well as just simply trying to make someone even so Happy. I really enjoy doing that also even writing Books & Etc. it’s just something I do as my Hobbies and for everyone to have something to look forward to as well as myself to.
