I was looking at the S30V+G10 Manix, but I'm a sucker for mint. That said, "the unfinished M4 is the only one that rusted on me", has convinced me not to give in to the temptation and deal.
Now I know who buys those weird colors that go on sale so they can get rid of them🤣🤣I love my manix 2 it's what made me buy a para 2 and 3. On my simpleton Manix the satin finish they did is something special. It may just be the standard finish for spyderco but others need to do thee same.
Knowing BladeHQ they will probably come out with a DLC version soon. I have the Sage 5 LW with uncoated M4 and it had 3 rust spots on the blade right out of the box.
The native 5 with factory milled scales. It’s my collection’s “king” because it’s my favorite Spyderco knife model with rare parts taken from 2 knives. So it’s technically a hybrid it can not be purchased as it is.

Skeletonized liners on that and the s110v and other sprints. The standard g10 s30v manix has solid liners. Just saying 👍🏻

I’ll be drilling the rivets out of mine and probably taking the blade for a g10 version. Nice knives though 👍🏻
